My husband and I have a restoration business and our Van had some issues with the battery, I called Firestone and they told us to bring the battery in- for a free check . They tested the battery and tried to recharge it to see if that was the problem, and It was..!!! -When I went to pick up the battery, they didn't charge us anything...We were so impressed with their service and the way they treat and care for their customers. I've recently had my car fixed at Firestone,...- and again, top notch services, reasonable price, quick and great interaction through the process and very friendly crew.. and because of all that, we are now taking all our business AND our personal cars to this location. No-doubt, Firestone Complete Auto Care in Shadow Lake is the place to bring all your vehicles. We absolutely recommend this business..

Had a tire punctured and losing air fast, but was able to get to this location about an hour before they closed hoping they could help. They got it right in, fixed it, and I was good to go. Great service!

I am not sure if this Firestone Store is under new management but something has changed. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation and for the first time ever the manager tried to upsell me and tried applying pressure. Maybe it's because I am a senior citizen. After refusing the unnecessary services I was presented with the bill. I accepted the bill and showed the manager a $30 coupon they had sent me. He refused to accept the coupon and said it was already included in the price. I will no longer do business here. Beware.

Had a fix a flat (I brought the tire). I set a 9a appointment that they recommended as something they could knock out in an hour. So I stayed and wait. Three hours later they started work!!! Zero communication between the time I signed the WO and 3 hours later.

I’ve recently had my car fixed at this Firestone. The head manager was really considerate and flexible. They make sure their customers are taken care of. I would highly recommend!
