Friendly, intelligent, communicative, and caring staff. Immediately looked at my deflating tire and discovered the problem same day (and on a weekend). They worked with my schedule and allowed me to come back the following Monday to solve the problem and get my maintenance check completed all in one morning. My mom and I have the best things to say about Firestone and we will continue to recommend to our family members and friends!

Brought my daughter's car in for a front tire replacement and was told they would call me back with a quote for a new tire. Front end manager called me to inform me they had the car ready for pickup without calling me first for a tire quote. Asked what the price was on the tire and was told it was over $200. When I said the price was expensive and I would have taken it elsewhere had I know the price I was told they were too busy and couldn't call me with a price before hand. Asked about a price match and was told they couldn't price match because the tire they put on was the cheapest they had. If I could rate this business as a negative star rating, I would. I would not recommend this business for customer satisfaction or transparency. As a female bringing a car in for service I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Sergio is the BEST person you can have working up front. He is literally the first person and the last person that people see when they come in and out of your door. He is positive, funny, friendly, and just makes you feel like you’ve known him for years and that he truly cares. As a single woman coming into a business that’s typically employed by men, it can be a little intimidating, but Sergio made me feel comfortable and like I belonged. His smile is contagious. You guys did good by hiring him and I hope he continues to flourish in his role.

TLDR; highly suggest going to any other Firestone location over this one, Richard "Dick" Bosse (manager) will talk you as if you're very stupid and will come outside and block you from leaving. I scheduled to get an alignment done since I just got new tires from Discount Tire, and they don't do alignments. It got done and when I went to leave I didn't even make it 1 block before I noticed my car had a major pull to the right that it didn't have before. I went back in and let them know that it now had a pull to the right. They took it back into the shop to correct it. When the service advisor came out he tried telling me I could have a slipped belt in my tire and that I could pay 30 dollars to have them dismount and check. I told him that I just bought these tires and they had less than 50 miles on them and that they were already inspected mounted and balanced. Then I was told that their computer doesn't have specs for the camber for my car which is a huge red flag and that I should go to the dealer. I told him that if I would've known that they didn't have the specs for my car I would have went elsewhere and I wouldn't have just wasted $200 for an alignment. He said he was going to go talk to the tech and would talk to the store manager to see what they could do. When my vehicle was finished the store manager (Richard " Dick" Bosse) came out and tried telling me the same thing. I tried to reexplain what I just told the advisor when he tried to shush me and I got annoyed by that but I then reexplained that I was only getting an alignment as I just got new tires and that there was no vibrations coming from any of the tires, there was no pulls, and that the steering wheel was straight. He then started talking down to me saying that with my car being "slammed to the ground" it's perfectly alignmened. My car is not slammed to the ground at all. I have a GTI. They are naturally low as they are a Sports Hatch. He then tried saying everything is perfect and they did everything correctly even tho the sheet he showed me there were still points in the alignment that were out. I told him to stop talking to me as if I'm stupid. I work in the Automotive industry myself, for the past almost 20 years. I know when I'm being lied to and he was doing that. I called him out on it and he just kept escalating it from there. I told him I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere to have it done correctly. He kept trying to interrupt me and say that he owns everything and he's the one in charge and he knows they did it correctly. I just took my keys and left while telling him that he should not talk to his customers as if they're stupid and that he does not own anything as Bridgestone owns it and he's just a store manager. He kept trying to escalate so I just ignored him and went out to my car to leave. As I was starting to leave he walked outside and blocked me from leaving. He stood in front of my car so that I had no way to leave without hitting him. I then rolled down my window and said that if he did not move that I would call the police. I had to repeat myself three times before he realized I was starting to tech for my phone to call the police so I could leave. I was already angry and he just seemed like he wanted a fist fight and I was not going to engage in that. When he finally moved I left, and when driving away I noticed that the pull is still there and now the steering wheel is not straight and that they stole my copy of the receipt with the alignment specs out of my cubby. Luckily I have the charge of the service on my card showing the location and time. Needless to say they gave my car back to my in worse shape twice and Richard should not be the store manager if that's how he acts when there is a conflict and they messed something up. I worry about how he treats women if this is how he treated me. Instead of calling the police I just called their corporate phone number and told them everything that had happened so hopefull

I used a Firestone near 60th & Ames when I first moved to Omaha area. After moving to Shadow Lake/Papillion gave this store a shot. My 10 plus year old Fiat is in great shape and will last me the rest of my driving years.

I showed up first thing on a Sunday morning, no appointment, and they made short work of repairing my tire. No hard sell, no trying to talk me into additional service - just prompt, polite service.

I have never had a bad experience here. This is my second vehicle that I take there for oil changes and alignment. Prices aren’t too bad for oil changes, but the service is great. Always met with a warm welcome.

They are very friendly and helpful. The prices are unreasonable. Their mechanics also may not have the same experience as others. I was quoted $550+ for a repair that would take 3 hours, but another shop in town looked at it and was able to fix the issue in 5 minutes for under $100. It makes me feel less confident in this shop.They did top off the wiper fluid, which was incredibly kind. They have great service.

I’m an out of towner, treated me like family. Squeezed me in for a tire check after a mishap on the highway. Thoroughly explained the facts, my options, different price points. They didn’t rush me into making a decision. Great atmosphere, awesome service (they were able to fix the whole situation) good people. Not knowing anything about cars or the area I’m in, I was very confident in their work and grateful for them working me in!Jordan, Juliessa and Brent! Amazing!!!

from out of town, they treated me like family. I dropped in bc of hitting a bumper on the interstate and having subsequent tire pressure issues. they explained it all thoroughly, gave me all options/price points and even got my car in for the whole fix. Great service. nice atmosphere. very knowledgable.
