I was picking up two orders for DoorDash. I waited 18 minutes. Then I watched a waitress try to give one of my orders to a young lady who had been waiting for only five minutes. When I walked over and asked “Do you have DoorDash for me?” She said she’d check in a minute and went back to trying to convince the young lady that my order belonged to her even though she didn’t order an iced coffee and the order was already paid for. I left with nothing. I lost time and money. I will never go back to this restaurant. They simply cannot operate well during a breakfast rush.

Would give 5 stars, but I felt a little unwelcome, to be honest. We are a family of 6. Four children, one of them is a tot and the other an infant, so we have 4 kids in tow. Fantastic breakfast...we never go out to eat, but we were excited to go here bc we had heard such good things. Again, great meal. Nice waitress. Very attentive, very timely in service. There is a man though, a bald man, who just didn't seem like he liked us very much, lol. Not friendly, and all I could think was maybe he just gets annoyed at families coming in with small children?? No clue, but it kind of hurt my feelings the way he acted really. And makes me not want to go back to that particular location. It's right across the way from the hotel we're staying at, so that would be convenient, but I don't want to back and feel like we're an annoyance bc we have small children? I guess that's what it is? He seemed nice enough to others, so thats why I assume that maybe it's bc we have kids. But anyways, it was unfortunate bc we loved the service and the food otherwise.

My friend and I eat here regularly and seldom have to wait to be seated. They do have peak times as good restaurants often do. The food is always good and the staff is always very pleasant and concerned about our satisfaction. The atmosphere is always conducive to carrying on a conversation.

If you love breakfast food, then you need to try this place out! Their breakfast dishes are made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. So grab a friend and head over before 2pm to experience a delightful breakfast.

Bad value for the money. I'm pretty sure the meals have shrunk. I got the chickichanga and it was pathetically small the chickichanga was about the size of a taco bell value menu burrito and the sides, ridiculous, tiny portion of fruit and I counted about ten small potato pieces. For $14 dollars! . . . I feel like I got severely ripped off. Food tasted good but the portions and the price is unjustifiable.

Love First Watch and especially love this Papillion location! One of my favorite things to get is the variations on eggs benedict. Pictured here is the BLT eggs benedict….with a side of bacon of course ?

I went here with my friend and had the eggs Benedict and on the first try the eggs were a touch over cooked and after bringing it to their attention my server Vanessa swiftly and kindly delivered me another plate. Then Jen from the management team came to my table to check on the refire and gave me and my friend a coupon. She also thanked us for speaking up so that they could fix it. Then another person from the management team also just happened to check on us and tried to offer us even more coupons. Also the hostess, who I regrettably didn’t ask her name, was very helpful and added to the excellent service experience!

This is our go to for breakfast or brunch and we absolutely love it! The food is bomb and the service is always fantastic! I will also add that their coffee is the best "restaurant coffee" I've ever had.

I went to first watch on Christmas Eve for my birthday. And let me tell you. Oh my God it’s so amazing. First watch I don’t get to go to very often because well there’s not a lot of them that are too close to where I live but now that I have moved further out west, I can say it is a little bit close to where I live now and I will be definitely going to first watch a little more often. There are such healthy and amazing choices at this place. Oh my heavens this is definitely somewhere to please take your family take a date take anybody too. If you want to impress somebody, this is where you take them to breakfast or brunch this place right here. Not Jimmy’s egg not anywhere else. First watch. Not only can you get something to eat that is actual foodbut if you didn’t want actual food and you just wanna get some kind of a good smoothie or a good drink for breakfast, this place is the place to go. Top of the line place to go for breakfast and brunch. Guaranteed.Vegetarian options: This place you can literally make anything vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Healthy eating. But healthy with good flavor.Parking: This place has their own parking lot. Super easy to park. Typically always a lot of parking. You might have a little bit of trouble in the morning though after church for breakfast. But there’s plenty of other spaces around these restaurants to park with close walking distance.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, of course lots of kid menus, but doesn’t matter all of the stuff here is healthy to eat. Take your kids here and teach them how to eat healthy.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire place is wheelchair accessible

We have gone here several times. The food is always delicious and appetizing! We enjoy their fruit drinks as well. Highly recommend the chickichanga, lemon ricotta pancakes, and breakfast tacos!

My wife and I love to make this a weekly tradition for breakfast and the occasional lunch. Most of their food is delicious and made fresh, the service is top tier and overall atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good breakfast/lunch place to add to your list.

Nice place to meet a friend for breakfast...easy to converse as not loud . Staff welcoming & a delicious healthy breakfast. I love they have a communal table...great way to meet people.
