Recommend this location; I always receive a good cut, and each stylist I've had is nice and efficient. l also recommend checking in online, and receiving a text when you're about 15 minutes away from a stylist being ready for you. Feels great to walk in and maybe wait 5 minutes for a haircut.

I'm giving five stars because I've been coming here for a while, since I was 13, now 19 years old. Even though I'm probably the one customer with the simplest haircut, with just doing 8 all around and leaving the bangs longerš« , but they do a great job every time. They are also friendly and nice. Thanks for the many haircuts guys.

The online check in was not my favorite, as it told us there was a 10 minute wait. I signed up online when we got there and because the weather was nice, we waited in the car until it showed less than two minutes left. But once we came in and confirmed we checked in online, was told it would be a 10 minute wait, again.
Won't hold that against the location, as I can understand technology will have hiccups.
Plus, because Asheia (hope I am spelling her name right) took such great care of my mom, who was the one getting her haircut. My sweet mom mentioned she wanted her hair washed and after we left, my mom said how relaxing it was. It was nice to see her so happy after this service. Made our day better!

I arrived at the salon around 3:00 pm on Friday, 7/5/24. I unfortunately had not checked in prior to my arrival. My last haircut I was very pleased with. Unfortunately, on arrival there was a temporary sign stating they were closing early today at 4:00 pm.
I thought that I had plenty of time to get a haircut There was only one person waiting. I was asked if I had checked in and i said no. they then informed me that they couldn't give me a haircut as they were booked. I did not respond hoping that they would offer to give me a haircut as long as I understood that anyone with a reservation had priority. That did not happen so I left.
When your normal hours are curtailed significantly, there was no reason that they could not have accepted a reservation for the next day.
Very poor communications and very poor customer service.
EDIT: I went home and tried to make a reservation for the next day at 9:am. The online function would not allow that. I called the salon and asked if they could take a reservation and they refused. Informed me that i should use the online reservation system. I informed them that it would not allow me to make a reservation. So I asked if they would allow me to walk in tomorrow morning and i was informed that they did not open until 10 AM. I stated that the online system says they open at 9:00 AM..... so are you open at 9:00 AM or not? .
Despite the good service I received last time I will look elsewhere.
EDIT: 8/29/24. I responded to the offer to contact 'customer service'. Immense waste of time... Their caustic defensive words and attitude made me feel they had received many, many complaints of poor service from customers of Great Clips.
I indeed went to a nearby competitor. High quality haircuts, great service and i made future appointment a month in advance. Who would think that was possible after visiting Great Clips. Duh

Susan is awesome as usual! As well as Amanda.
Stylist: Susan and Amanda are the best. I am picky about my hair and they earn a 5 star rating every time. They deserve a bonus.

My husband went to the salon to get his hair cut and goatee trimmed. The stylist took it upon herself to style his goatee into something we never would have chosen. We feel that shows disrespect for her clients. She barely spoke to him throughout the appointment and appeared to be a very unhappy employee. We will not be returning to this salon.
I was not going to post a review but wanted to discuss this situation with the manager on the phone. I was told the manager was unavailable and the person I was speaking with hung up on me.

Not happy at all. The lady with yellow hair who did my haircut never spoke one word to me. I didnāt get her name cuz she never spoke. She seemed like she hated to work there. She was rough with my hair and never smiled once. It was awkward and I felt out of place. I still tipped even though it was completely awful service. Hopefully her attitude gets better. She is in customer service.

I love this location in Papillion. Everyone is always super friendly. Tess always does my hair and does a phenomenal job everytime. Highly Recommend Great Clips!
