I like going to the Shine Shop, they have all the bells and whistles plus interior services. The car wash itself is good but don't recommend of you have bugs caked on from a road trip. It's good but not that good. I very much enjoy the interior cleaning and waiting room, great coffee and a clean area. The people are always nice and helpful and they do a good job

I spent $15 for a car wash and the front bumper of my car was still covered in bugs. The rest of the car looked good though and I'm happy about the free vacuums!

I paid for the whole shabang package I thought about doing the monthly membership but I wanted to see how it was 1st before I commit to it. They were very quick, however they missed a lot. I had left and gotten to Home depot when I had realized they had missed a lot. I went back and they gladly let me go back through I had pointed out everything they had missed. When they had finished the same spots they had missed was still not touched with the exception of 2 spots I had pointed out. I had to grab one of the employees to show them what they had missed again before i left. Definitely not sure I'll be back.

Never go here, and DEFINITELY do NOT sign up for their membership. It is impossible to cancel and they just keep charging your credit card. SCAM.

I come here often for the $10 Tuesday. It’s not the greatest car wash but gets the job done. I recently went and added the interior service which also includes a towel dry. I did not see anyone do a towel dry. They also failed to wipe my dash or the control knob area. Both are still covered in dust. The rubber floor mats were cleaned well along with the cup holders. It seems like they cared more about cranking through cars than actually cleaning the whole car.

I would not recommend the Shine Shop. I have given them 3 chances and each time left feeling disappointed. Most recently I paid for the $19.99 mid tier car wash. It lasted approx. 30 seconds, maybe 45. Which does not seem very thorough. Each time my trunk door/rear area has been left not clean. The dirt just gets smudged around. After my first 2 experiences here, I even emailed their customer service team about the rear not getting cleaned and suggested they had the attendant wipe/wash the back of the car like some other car wash places do. I wanted to like this place has it’s close to my work, but for $19.99 it’s honestly unacceptable and you can find better quality car washes for cheaper elsewhere. Will not be returning.

Worst detailing experience ever. I guess they just vacuum what the vehicle but not detailing. Do not go there. Is that bad.

Disappointed in the poor quality of service of interior. Clear spots missed and does not appear some sections vacuumed-like the left side was completely not cleaned well of whole interior.
