Went on 4 different occasions after receiving the phone call that my prescriptions were ready. Came in and was told that they were in fact not ready. twice was told that they would not get them in until the next day, and magically was told after telling them that we got a phone call and called to confirm that morning that they were available, they had them "just show up". Will be switching to a different pharmacy after this last time I was told it was ready, and went in to find out that they were once again not ready and would have to wait the next day to get my medication.

Always prompt and for as busy as they are, it must be a good Pharmacy the other comments are ridiculous

Don't recommend. Their processes are broken. I have yet to go and pick up my Rx and have the entire order ready, despite calling ahead to ensure it is all there. It gets pretty frustrating, so switching pharmacies.

Called to see what hours pharmacy was open until on a Saturday night and was told 7:00PM. Based on that response I left home and arrived at 6:50PM and found the pharmacy already closed. Nice waste of my time!

What has happened to the pharmacy the last 3 months? It used to be a pleasant experience to go there, with competent people working. Now it is an ordeal getting a simple prescription filled. Zero competence and less than zero customer service. Whatever you guys changed, it wasn’t for the better.

Terrible. I've had at least THREE separate occasions now that this pharmacy has told me one price for a prescription when I call, then I get there and **SURPRISE** it's not true. This was the last time that's ever going to happen. Hours are also awful, closing at 7pm on weekdays now (used to be 8). But the icing on the cake and the reason I'm finally writing this review and giving them a 1-star is because the pharmacist tonight (Brad) wanted to stand there and tell me that it was illegal to record a phone call on my cell phone when I call! Yep. That was after I said I need to start recording my calls because the young girl I spoke with this morning when I called took my GoodRX coupon code and gave me the same coupon I was showing. Maybe someone can share with him that the state of Nebraska (along with most states in the country) are a one-party consent state and ummm, if I'm calling you then, uhhh, I'm one of those two people. Get it? Of course if you had adequate records or trained your employees properly and had some sort of integrity then we customers wouldn't feel we need to record a conversation to prove something so simple. He also insulted my intelligence trying to tell me I was confused about it and I was probably thinking of the other prescription I was picking up. Lol No. I don't get confused when it comes to my money. I'm switching to a different pharmacy so hopefully I won't have to feel I need to always screenshot, record and prove something later since their employees get "confused" so often.

Awful. They won’t run manufacturer copay cards unless the doctors office sends the drug rep over to show them how to do the simple savings card. They take forever. They’re rude. If their prices weren’t the best I’d leave and never come back. I hate Hyvee pharmacy.

They have time and time again told me oh it will be 15 min. I'm still sitting here and hour later waiting for medd while they take their sweet time. If your sick and need meds right away don't come here they don't care.

Do not use Hy-Vee pharmacy if you expect to get a timely and quick Covid shot or booster. I registered online, waited about 40 minutes and a person who arrived after me, was boosted first. We stopped using Hy-Vee for personal prescriptions years ago, and this experience seals that decision.

The slowest possible service. At least the last five prescription pickups have been an hour wait… even after calling in a refill and the automated line saying that if it would be ready the day prior. I will be transferring to another pharmacy, because it seems irrational to wait for some thing for over a day every single time.

Over the last year my family has not received a prescription on time, even after they call and tell us there ready?! They don’t ever have anything that they should have. Just stood in line listen to them tell 3 other customers they would have to come back for there prescriptions even after a phone call that they received today telling them they could be picked up. I was waiting on a prescription that the ER called in last night, they called and said it was ready and they just told us it won’t be ready till Tuesday next week!! Then the counter person tried to lie to my wife and I and say we received a call that it wouldn’t be ready!! I played the voicemail for them and they didn’t know what to say! Sad how bad the pharmacy has gotten! Used to be great! We will be moving all are prescriptions to another pharmacy asap!!
