The Papillion Hy-Vee is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. I love that they have a deli counter, bakery, and meat counter. I also really appreciate the specialty section for gluten-free and other specific dietary items.

My mom and I go grocery shopping in store here twice a month and my husband orders drive up pick up groceries a couple of times a month as well. The store is bright and clean, the employees are friendly and the selection is usually very good. There are floral, bakery, deli, meat, departments as well as customer a customer service counter. There is a Starbucks and a bank.

As a grocery store this place is fine. However don’t use them for any sort of catering. They catered my wedding, my SILs wedding and another family members wedding. They forgot items, the chicken was incredibly dry each time and tasteless, and the corn had so little butter or salt it tasted like nothing.
They also forgot I scheduled my 1 year olds party upstairs. We got there and my food wasn’t done, the room was being used by workers, and I was treated rudely by a woman who worked there. She said “What’s the issue”? And I said “Idk I just thought my food would be done and the room would be setup since I rented the space and paid for the catering”. She said nothing and left and I never saw her again thankfully.
I was reimbursed for what I paid for the catering and they did their best to scramble to get some food together but ultimately the food fell short in supply and was not what I ordered. I called multiple times leading up to make sure they knew we were coming because everytime I called I was passed around and no one seemed to know what I was talking about, despite constant communication with catering over email. Luckily they did remember the cake.

The butcher/deli guy as always is very unapproachable and very disgruntled in the early morning. We once again didn't get what we csme for,as this is the second time he has ignored us. All other aspects of the store are good minus him.
