This is a JC Penny, standard alone for the Salon. In the Salon there is a Stylist named Joanne. She is perhaps the best Stylist in the Omaha Metro Area. If she's got openings, and you can get in, you might experience the superb service and wonderful customer support she provides.

First maternity photography shoot came out good not very many complaints.
The second newborn photography shoot came out bad.
Paid $290.23 - It looked rushed. I’ve had many photos taken and the photographer would atleast guide on posture and/or offer for the customer to fix themselves.
But instead bad photos were taken and when our dislike in the photos were expressed there was no offer to fix it.
Not worth the money.

Stan in the jewelry department is very rude and lacks customer service. I needed assistance looking for a ring and he talked over me with an attitude not even listening to me. I ended up just going somewhere else instead of spending my money with him. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and doesn’t always act this way. First time at this location and definitely my last. Dont shop with Stan, go somewhere else unless you want to be talked over and listen to his attitude.

This store has very poor customer service, 30 minutes to exchange an item, clerk had to talk to the manager, gone forever. You would think the manager would have came and spoke to me, but nope. Clerk didn't know customer service at all hope she is temporary.

This experience was so much better than the last because a young man named Ben helped. He asked for my phone number for rewards, I have been looking it up after the fact. He smiled. He was helpful.The last time I went to that location, I considered not going back again.
