This store has very poor customer service, 30 minutes to exchange an item, clerk had to talk to the manager, gone forever. You would think the manager would have came and spoke to me, but nope. Clerk didn't know customer service at all hope she is temporary.

This experience was so much better than the last because a young man named Ben helped. He asked for my phone number for rewards, I have been looking it up after the fact. He smiled. He was helpful. The last time I went to that location, I considered not going back again.

Gabby was absolutely amazing at check out! She walked us through opening a card and was very patient and friendly! The store is nice and clean and there are people everywhere ready to help. Great experience and we found what we needed easily!

JCPenney. One of the few outstanding "Brick n Mortar" Department stores including small appliances. Pricing is competitive since the brand terminated a CEO who wanted change pricing structure that made JCPenney a strong brand. I like the Men's overall great selection from shorts to suits, also closeout kids clothing. Shoe prices are better than the Nike brands and better made like Skechers and New Balance. Ladies will get lost looking at all that's available for the women, and girls!

If you can get clothes on sale it's great. But $80 for a halter top and $120 for a top? Honey, the economy isn't that top-notch for all of us. Penneys needs to calm down!

So I get a watch. At 6p. It takes them 40mins to get a single link out. But that's not all, the lady didn't every check my wrist how many links needed to be removed so it can actually fit proper. So she just say flat out denied my request... I would never COME Back here even if some1 paid me to! Hope this place closes down for good. Gonna now buy an Amazon kit to remove the dam links myself SMH. u get better customer service from an answering machine. But hey find out for urself. U have been WARNED.

There is a reason why the staple stores... Sears, Wards, Brandeis, and Woolworth are no longer around. All one has to do is walk into Penny's and what is missing...customer service...quality merchandise and employees who wanted to work in retail. I went into Penny's to make a purchase... no one was around to direct me to the item I was looking for....so wore out some leather to find it... when I did... you got it... no one was around to offer assistance. I had a coupon, a 10 dollar one. As I went to the front, I was told the coupon was only worth 3 dollars. I did not purchase the product. The moral of this story is today's retail business's have lost their focus... the blame for their stores closing is how divergent they have become from the building blocks that made them great.

Wait In line for 10 minutes to purchase a pair of slacks clearance priced. Told it's not ringing up so they need to call a manager. Manager eventually comes to checkout. Looks at pants but says nothing to me. She goes back to men's department. Wait another 5 minutes for her to call back to say they were clearance priced in error and they can only sell at regular price. Young lady at checkout was sweet and apologetic. Manager should have come back to explain to me why they won't honor a price they placed on an item. See you in the history books of extinct retailers soon with K-mart and Sears, JC Penney!
