I don't know whether I'll be back. The lady at Sephora was friendly, but Sephora looked like it needed cleaned. I spotted a cute shirt and went to buy it and the cashier told me to wait because this other guy had been waiting and gestured to her little boyfriend halfway across the store, so I told her not to worry about it and left my shirt. There's only one cashier and they're going to let someone cut in line? The last time I was here, the manager yelled at the women at Sephora, putting on a big show of talking down to them and how they were wrong and the customer was right and then she came back and was laughing and telling the Sephora employees they were right and that customer was crazy. It feels like a toxic environment. I can buy stuff online instead of dealing with these crappy employees. They must have been desperate because they were really scrapping the barrel for these winners.

The associate that checked me out today was very very helpful and friendly. She definitely knew how to give good customer service. Debbie, you are the best!! Thanks for being so polite and helpful

I always enjoy my shopping experiences at Kohls. I love the merchandise and choices etc. And it is always a great conclusion of my shopping experience when I go to Kathleen's checkout. She is always friendly and always very helpful.

Be careful that your rewards show up correctly. I somehow have rewards going to 2 different rewards numbers. One day it will add to one of the rewards and the next time it will show up under a different rewards. I have talked to customer service more than once and they say there is only one rewards even though the rewards are going to 2 different numbers. I am fed up with Kohl's.

Definitely had a great selection of UGLY sweaters for the holiday parties coming up....very busy...pricy even with 60% off....service was really slow ...lines were very long ...they needed more cashiers ...I haven't been in a long time...and I remembered "why"....at least we got a picture either way the Christmas dinosaur... (next best thing to Santa) First the record we WERE on the hunt for an UGLY sweater

Ordered item to be delivered to my house. Package was dropped off by UPS; box was damaged very bad and completely open on two sides. Could not resolve issue online so I contacted Papillion Store. Jason and Debbie were fantastic and solved our problem the next day. Unbelievable how great they both were. Kohl’s is lucky to have these two exceptional Employees.
