I enjoy the service that is provided. Very helpful and I'm always satisfied with the way they do my nails. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I continue to go there because they take their time and I appreciate that.

All I wanted was a full set went to three other salons who told me no. I was so blessed they took me in right away. The women who did my nails was amazing. She took her time and followed the picture to a tee. They also gave me a five dollar loyalty card. I will definetly continue to go back.

Almost felt like an argument because they couldn’t accommodate to the shape I was asking for and high priced for no reason. Didn’t even get them done ended up leaving!

Came into town to visit my husbands family for thanksgiving and exuded to get my nails done I absolutely, Loved this place, initially I had to wait for the nail artist to come in about 15 minutes which I didn’t mind at all, but they sat me and my husband in their massage chairs so we could wait comfortably. Another artist while waiting for her current clients nails to process she came and filed mine and added on the tips. The whole time while doing my nails the guy I originally had to wait for continuously asking if I was alright making sure I wasn’t in any pain he was very patient and gentle overall really enjoyed my experience. Not to mention he did an AMAZING job on my nails like the best nails I have every received I have zero complaints about them they are actually perfect for the holiday season coming up length and shape is also so perfect. And the design is so crisp and clean and exactly what I wanted he made the design work on shorter nails as well. Very nice shop seemed organized and well Kept, comfortable Al hair and spacious area. And the price for my nails was great my set cost me 68 plus a 25 dollar tip for a job very well done.10/10 would recommend if you’re in Bellevue area.

I went here recently and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I got a mani and pedi. During the pedi, the water was Luke warm at best and not relaxing. She barely scraped my calluses and my feet actually had ridges in the calluses where you could tell she just rubbed over the exact same spot. I had to use a pedegg at home to finish what she halfass started. Prices were not actually discussed at all so I was expecting a simple mani and pedi and ended up with all these extras and upcharges that I do not feel they even did to make it worth the money I spent. The polish looked terrible and she missed the edges of my toenails. Then came the manicure. I was expecting a simple manicure. The guy just started filing my nails and trimming the cuticle, without any type of cuticle softener they use at more reputable salons. He cut the cuticles too much on a couple fingers and they bled. He ended up making another finger nleed when he used the electric nail grinder. I ended up with dip manicure that I did not request, but since he already destroyed my nails I felt there were no other options. Then when he finally finished both coats of the dip powder, he sanded down the tops of one hand before putting the final top coat one. This left bumps on my nails and they were completely uneven. He had filed one fingernail way too thin and it ended up breaking the next day. NOT worth the time or money. This place is a joke.

This place is a horrible place and I'm not trying to bash someone but when people take your kindness for your weakness and take advantage of your customer service and leave you with $30 looking nails after you paid 84 it's not right

Walked in with S/O and was told they could handle two pedicures. Walked right to the chairs and they started on my S/O straight away!
10 minutes into her pedicure they put me into water, another 10 minutes in I ask if I have to wait until she's done. Was reassured, "other tech would over and get me done". We are now there 35 minutes and still no one has started my pedicure, so I take my feet out of the water to allow them to dry. We are now at 45 minutes when the other tech comes to start. S/O has maybe 5 - 10 minutes until she is done so I decline services for myself. We are now 50 minutes in and the S/O asks to not wrap her legs as we wanted to leave. The fellow would not oblige and kept stating, "only 2 minutes".
At payment they gave a coupon for $5 off, "next visit ". There will never be a next visit.
Never an apology, just full charge for the S/O.
All it would have taken was to be advised from the very beginning that they could not do the pedicures at the same time and or that they were short staffed. Seems like it was all about having money in the seats.
Bad service, no empathy, and no communication.

All I needed was a simple polish removal and a manicure. I called and made an appointment and I was there on time but still had to wait thirty minutes. I was offered a water but it took them twenty minutes to remember to bring it to me. After removing my polish, the manicurist filed my nails and did a quick lotion rub on my hands and arms and that was it. I paid twenty-five dollars for that! I will not go here again. Definitely not worth the money.

Was there 2 days ago my nails are so uneven they look ridiculous for 45 dollars and a 15 dollar tip I feel they should fix them it's so noticeable I'm very unhappy with them. Friday morning my name is mandi
