Terrible experience this evening. I shop here regularly but will not plan on returning to this location while this manager is working here. I also don’t write review hardly at all, but with the way I was treated, I would not recommend anyone coming to this location. She would not return my son’s swim trunks since I was slightly outside the return window. I explained that he’s a little kid with growth restriction and we did not know they would not fit until he went in a pool for the first time the other day. I ordered them early because the shipping takes forever. She was super rude and disrespectful, turning her head and ignoring me. Would not continue the conversation with me and acted like I wasn’t there. I told her I worked retail and this is not how you treat customers.she continued to ignore me.

My issue is not with the location so much as the business. When Old Navy brought out plus sizes into their stores I was ecstatic. In fact I got their credit card. But they have slowly cut back on carrying those sizes. I could barely find a 3X. And nothing on the clearance. No tshirts at all, maybe a pair of pants. And the men's department carries nothing for large men. My son needs long shirts and my husband needs a 2X. It's just sad that I constantly get referred to "our online store". I want to feel the fabric, see the colors, try them on. It could be the purchaser for this store, or it could be Old Navy.

I went in with my wife. Guys, you know what I'm talking about. The store was clean. The clothing was well displayed . Staff were busy helping customers. Nothing that I would buy. However, my wife did find a few things she liked.
