Working with Papillion Glass & Mirror was the best part of our project! They just completed a mirror installation. Brandon and his team were efficient and on time!I highly recommend this company! From the time I sat down with John, to Brandon showing up to do measurements, they kept their commitments and are reasonably priced! Please support this small business! They care about their quality and the customer! I would give them ten stars if I could!

Papillion Glass & Door exceeded all our expectations! They were the most affordable quote for our glass staircase. They went above and beyond installing a shower door that other glass companies declined to install. They sourced and installed a glass installation/re-creation at our house that was one of the most difficult and nerve wracking projects they've done in 11 years (so they said). They did an excellent job and we couldn't be more impressed with their diligence, follow through, expertise and friendliness. We didn't give them anything easy and they gave us gorgeous finished products at the best prices. Brandon and his team were excellent!

We had a break-in on 8.25.22 and called a few companies regarding replacing our door in Bellevue. Papillion Glass was the only company that answered our call. Was out in an hour and measured and was replaced in 2 hours! Service was awesome and very professional. They didn't up-charge me for a emergency which was also really great! 5+ Great service guys!

Papillon Glass & Door was super easy to work with. The technician John was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job in our glass shower. He took the time to explain things to us. He was quick and efficient. Answered all of our questions. I would recommend them.

10/10 recommend Papillion Glass & Door! For both the consult/estimate and install to replace a broken window, they were right on the scheduled appointment time, worked super quick, and everyone was very professional. Our window now looks amazing!

Remember when you could trust a business to be honest and do quality work...this is the place you should call when you need work done by professional tradesmen. Don't be fooled by a rainbow because we all know rainbows don't last but the work done by Papillon Glass & Door will....just rent this they are honest as the day is long and true Craftsman from and era gone by.

Our company has used Papillion Glass for several years. They went under a different management here in the last few months. I have been nothing but disappointed in there performance since. They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.

Papillion Glass installed a custom shower door for our new home. We obtained quotes from 3 local companies before purchasing any Papillion Glass came in with the best price and they were very prompt in sending someone out to quote. Install was great and the shower door is exactly what we asked for. Would recommend!
