“I work for a company that just constructed a new office and we needed an exterior sign with our name. The first company I went to, blew me off for three weeks. Kept saying they were working on it and then I never heard back (Dolphens Designs). The second company quoted me over double the amount of First Impressions. Dana at First Impressions gave me a quote within less than 24 hours, worked with me on measurements and provided an account for me to review invoices etc. City permit was expected to take 6-8 weeks. Dana called at 6 and a half weeks saying the guys were on the way to install the sign. I couldn’t be happier. So thankful I found them. Going back for future jobs in mind. Thanks guys!”

“I normally don't write reviews for mail service BUT, this store is amazing. The staff is awesome and so professional. Me and my husband visit this site ALOT and they always have super quick service and are always very friendly. One of the staff members especially, Caleb ALWAYS has an AMAZING attitude and is always so happy and willing to help with whatever you need, he's always very joyful and smiley. I tried reaching out to corporate to let them know that the staff at their Bellevue location ROCKS, but unfortunately, they seem impossible to get a hold of. I called to speak with the store manager Allison and she was super nice and seems like a great manager and it shows through the stores operations. This is by far my favorite mail service location to visit, quick service, super clean and organized store, and the staff provides amazing customer service. I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor.There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be.
