I just got towed by this company.Quality driver Bodie was on time and excellent at his job.he kept the situation cool and showed his expertise.i definitely recommended this tow service.as a big rig driver,we face different scenarios over the road and we never know when we'll face a challenging day.Its always a good deal and blessing when you have someone there that knows his job position and equipped with a positive attitude.Thank you Bodie again.you guys at Quality towing have one of the best on your Team.Great customer service a 10 plus💯🫡

Fast service @ 7:30 AM ! Son was stopped on interstate off of 84th street, ( yes blocking traffic😬) called about 6 other tow trucks and either don’t have a driver or they were unavailable. Quality Towing was fast and Gentle man was polite. If I need a tow again I will definitely use Quality towing.

Highly recommend quality Auto! Very fast, friendly & affordabl! Matt was the dispatcher who took all my information & Trent is the one who came and towed my truck yesterday! I didn't have to wait but 20 25 minutes before they came! Trent was very professional & efficient! He whipped that big flatbed into the driveway & put my truck right where I neeed it! Thank you !! Wonderful service!

Broke down after purchasing a used car. AAA doesn't tow unless the car is already registered. Had to Google the closest company I could find. Hunter was very quick. Easy to talk to and since his next call was right by my house the boss permitted him to drop me home so that I didn't have to call an uber. Wonderful service!

I needed my car towed from my daughter’s dance studio on 45th & Bedford to my house in Millard last night because it wouldn’t start. Another parent gave us a ride home so on the way I called Quality. They told me they would need my keys so I was trying to make arrangements to get back down there to meet them. They called back and said a driver was already in my neighborhood so he would just come grab my keys that way I could enjoy the rest of my evening. I was so appreciative. That took a ton of stress off my plate. They did as promised and picked up my keys and got my car back to my house. They were also very fast about it.
Fast forward to today, I had to call them again to get my car towed to the mechanic. I didn’t have that lined up last night. The same driver, Hunter came today. He was putting my Caron the truck and it started. Hunter asked if I just wanted to drive it down to the mechanic. I asked what the charge would be for their time for showing up for the tow. Quality decided not to charge me today!
That was amazing! I am a single mom which they didn’t know and that was a huge blessing to me. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs a tow and wanted to give them a review. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much!!

I called , they answered the phone.
Said someone would be out in a hour, 30 minutes later they showed up.
Towed my truck, put it right where I wanted it, and handed me the ticket. I paid , the nerve of this guy said thank you and I hope everything goes smoothly for you. I won't be calling them back till the next time I need a tow, thanks guys hope you get a smile great service
