This branch is awesome. Brian the branch manager is always friendly and helpful for both personal and business needs. We have loved banking with Cobalt, but this branch in particular is fantastic!

If I could give a zero rating I would. They declined putting our checking and savings accounts in the name of our trust saying it wasn't legal. I guess our lawyer who deals in estates and trust for many years doesn't know what he's doing. it's amazing that their law degree is better. The lawyers phone calls were never returned even after we went back a second time. We have another checking and savings account and we went there and had no difficulty. Shame on you. We have banked with them for almost 50 years. We are closing our accounts and switching banks.

This branch is awesome. Love the young staff and how they treat people. I’m in there a lot for their Notary services and they are great. Only complaint is that they cannot act as a witness for the notary which is very frustrating…but not their fault. Just a dumb rule in my opinion.

Shannell and Diego are absolutely wonderful. Today, shannell was busy, so Diego had to assist me. I came into to deposit my change and just inquire about CD’s. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in easy terms. I ended opening up two of them. Plus, he told me about the baby bundle accounts. I have grandchildren. Little babies.Normally, I just wait for shennell because my name is long and confusing for some to look up. Plus, there are multiple accounts and making sure the money goes into right account , right dollar amount is important. She gets this right each time.I drive from Bellevue to see this branch because they are always nice, professional, are not afraid to stop ask for assistance if necessary, have a great tone of voice, and most importantly: THEY GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They make me feel like I’m important and special and brighten my day. Excellent job!
