Love the pool is open often, so often, not like the center on 370 and fort crook. You don't pay when you use the pool like the center.

Great pool and alot of fine staff to help with questions! My suggestion is to try it and learn different fitness ideas like the weight room. Floor work outs followed with a good cup of coffee

Great place good equipment barely any wait time for machines? Good for free weights and machines as well. The pool is nice and pretty warm kids love coming here. It’s very accommodating and very friendly staff

The employees are so friendly and it is kept in a good clean state. There's never too busy and I can always find equipment to use. This is one of the nicest smaller gyms around and definitely worth the membership.

New modern equipment only thing holding this gym back from 4 stars is it not having a hack squat machine and peck deck. Oh yeah and people here workout in their socks, its disgusting.
