Every time I go into this location there is a specific employee who makes the experience terrible. I am not sure of her name but she wears glasses and has long red hair. She is the most rude unhelpful person I have ever come across. I don’t understand why she works in retail. She seems to have no clue how to interact with people. No idea at all how she managed to get hired.

Sephora used to be able to look up my beauty needs but now that they moved into kohls I'm a bit lost...fortunately my husband remembered...it's really not the same elevated service I require and grew accustomed to... but I managed..

I’ve been here a couple of times and have had great interactions with the Sephora employees except for the sephora manager.. she wears glasses, blonde/reddish hair and is the rudest person I’ve came across in retail. She has a nasty attitude and have witnessed her being rude to another customer at which the customer left shaking her head. Not a great environment. I’ll just start going somewhere else

Sephora is located inside Kohl’s. They have a huge selection of womens accessories, make up, and beauty products. The selection is huge and their is plenty to choose from. Everything seems to be organized and in order. The isles are spacious and clutter free. Everything seems fresh and clean and well maintained. The hours of operation follow Kohl’s schedule since they are located within. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful when my wife was shopping around. This has quickly become one of my wife’s go to’s and staples. Overall, it’s definitely recommended.

I see more people walking around with scanners then at the checkout lines getting customerson there way. Bad experience, spending more time in the checkout lines then shopping :( back to online only.

I always leave Kohl's frustrated! Either my Kohl's Cash has expired (I don't go every week), or my coupons don't work on the merchandise I've chosen etc. etc. I keep telling myself I will not go back but... It's one of the few places I can find Levi's jeans for my son and I had an Amazon package to return so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone and give it another try. And by the way, we had just moved to the area so I thought I'd give this store a shot. I like that you don't have to go all the way to the back of the store to find customer service but, I had to weave around and through the store to find the Amazon return spot which was a makeshift set up in the back middle of the store. The Amazon representative was very nice and the process was very quick. I even got a 25% off coupon to use same day in the store. However, Kohl's strikes again! I was not able to use the coupon on the T-shirts that I picked out. Of course, they were one of the million exceptions! Disappointed once again!! Sorry Kohl's but I'm done.

Do NOT trust the Return Dept. here, ESPECIALLY if you pay using a Kohl's Charge card. They will not tell you that a store credit refund will not refund the original charge. It's actually a side-refund that if you don't spend on your Kohl's Charge account, you will still have to pay that too. This is how Kohl's charges you twice for the same amount of items. This is how they steal from you.

It's hard to write anything negative for this location since I've only been a few times. Each time the store was clean, and the employees were super friendly. Betty was the cashier that helped me on my first visit to this location. She went above and beyond to assist me upon checking out! Yes, I always seem to go when the lines are long but that's typical for the holidays right!?! Military peeps.... don't forget to shop on Monday for a discount - Happy Shipping!!!

I have never came to this store without leaving frustrated. Today my husband and I ran in because kohl's was most convenient. We purchased two jackets and the cashier could not find the tag on one of mine. After looking multiple times she then instructed my husband to go back and get one with a tag otherwise she would have to call someone. There was multiple negative comments from her and then she found it. When I questioned the amount of Kohl's cash that I earned she again got curt and told me that if I spent $3.00 more that I could get $10 off. She was upset that she could not here me through my mask. All of it combined was just frustrating and similiar to what happens every time I am in this store.

Well they opened back up after being closed due to Covid but being that they are a clothing store you would think you could actually try on the clothes you are wanting to buy. NOPE! All other clothing department stores open in the area are allowing this with limited dressing rooms open but not this establishment. They do not advertise this on their door as you enter so you spend time looking to then discover you cannot try on anything. So you either pay for it, go home try it on, and return it if doesn't fit or just don't buy it at all. Either way I can do all that online so why are they opened I have no idea.
