Took our car here to have the bumper fixed after someone backed into us. Got it back today and it looks brand new inside and out. Their communication with us throughout the whole process was outstanding. We'll definitely be going back there and we highly recommend them to others.

Great to work with. Made it simple, way quicker completion than their initial timeline for completion and even detailed and cleaned up the inside of my car better than some private pay detailers have done! Used them 2-3 times and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic staff, the utmost quality, and attention to detail when it comes to collision repair and getting the job done the right way. They not only delivered on time but also kept up open communication and updates all through the process. I couldn't recommend a better collision center. They delivered a cleaned car and took care of returning the rental for me. 10/10 Company!

Great costumer service and beautiful work in a timely manner. We’ve used Shadow Lake Collision on two of our vehicles. Both times the work they completed was excellent and both times our cars were detailed beautifully. They even buffed out paint on the wheel wells put there from my backing out of our super tight garage. The paint was nowhere near the area of repair. Communication was great also. I hope we don’t ever need repairs again, but in the event we do, we will use Shadow Lake Collision again. Thank you for doing great work along with having great customer service. It’s a rare occurrence these days.

My car broke down due to a serpentine belt break. AR towing jacked up car underneath radiator support in an area not meant to jack up car. This act moved radiator and hood latch upward over two inches. AR towing would not compensate for damages and shadow lake collision inspected damages they claimed it was normal wear and tear. There was a perfectly centered round dent under radiator support with bare metal exposed where floor jack was placed. Shadow lake collision estimate caused USAA to deny claim for car which I had full coverage on. The car was considered totaled and shadow lakes poor evaluation was the cause . I would never go there for work. I only went there because was USAA approved body shop. shadow lake basically called me a liar as I told them the details on damage

Shadow Lake Collision has repaired 3 of our cars and they always do a superb job. They are friendly and helpful and return your car detailed and with instructions and a tiny bottle of matching touch-up paint.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this business! They went above and beyond to help me. When the warranty I had purchased would not do what I expected, these guys did more than anyone could have asked or hoped for to try to compensate for that and make it right! Even though I live in Fremont, it was worth the drive to Papillion and I won't go anywhere else in the future! These guys are honest, fast, and reliable! What more could you ask for?
