Terrible haircut from both locations in Papillion. Should have learned after the first cut but thought I’d give them a second shot and even a third…lol man was I wrong. Faded three different lengths in different areas. Progressively has gotten worse. 10minute haircut (timed it) and they expect $24 minimum for something I could have attempted myself. Unbelievable. I have had to fix the fade, with my own trimmers, to make it look half way decent once I got back home. They do not even care about talking to you either or asking if it looks ok. Going to go back to spending the extra $10 to go to an actual barber for the simplest haircut that a trained professional should be able to do (low-mid fade). Sad thing is I still tipped all three so-called stylists. Thank goodness my hair grows back quickly.Service: Haircut

Update: Leyloni took care of me. She fixed as much as she could and while it’s not the cut I wanted, it’s now an excellent haircut. I feel taken care of and I look great. Thanks for the excellent customer service!I’m not sure what I have to say to get someone to cut my hair so that I can part it easily. I’ve gotten a haircut like I want it but no matter what I say these past few cuts, stylists seem to think I don’t actually want a part like I said I did. Jordyn was the same way. It was also the fastest haircut I’ve ever received. It looks fine, it’s just not what I wanted. I want to leave feeling like the stylist has taken good care of my hair and has been invested in making me look my best. Jordyn was not that stylist.Services: Haircut

My husband made my son an appointment here, we were intrigued by the quick wait time and the convenience of heading right over.We arrived 5 minutes before the time the stylist was supposed to be ready. We received a text saying that we were next in line 10 minutes prior to the original time.We were the only ones in the facility waiting for over 20 minutes. Another family walked in and was asked if they had an appointment. They did not. They signed up in store and were taken back to a chair within 5 minutes. Another family walked in right behind them and had an appointment (I know because I heard a staff greet them and ask.) he was also taken right back.A third family walked in and was greeted to see if they had an appointment. They didn’t. They also were registered then brought back immediately.Confused, I text my husband because one person had been visiting with her client and apparently this was the client before we were supposed to be seen. I was confused about what was happening and this process. He said he chose the stylist who was next available on the site, and was supposed to be ready at 430. (We arrived at 425.) I decided to see if anyone would contact methen checked the schedule and went back to her space.I am honestly disappointed. From being greeted, and not being told that an appointment was taking longer than planned (strange for a men’s haircut store)… very frustrating while waiting with a 3 year old for 40 minutes.If someone would have checked, we would have let them know we were ready to be seen by next available. I’m not sure what was taking our assigned person so long and of course things come up. But if you have a clear view of guests waiting this long, there needs to be communication on what the process is and not pulling back several walk ins without checking with your waiting guests.

Hard to find someone that does well with my beard. Even most barbers won't brush it out to get it cleaned up. Ashley did an amazing job. Came in to get cleaned up since my barber is away, and Ashley did not disappoint. Clean fade. Excellent beard trim. Can recommend.Services: Beard trim

I go here regularly, many of the stylists are respectful and try to make small talk while cutting hair. I haven't had too many problems with messed up haircuts or anything.

Literally everytime I go in there I'm greeted with someone else's problem. I've never had a great haircut from these people, and the last time I went in there the "stylist" told me to find someone else because she was having a bad day. Barber shop... or junior high? My fault for being understanding enough to give them multiple chances. Worst barber shop in my entire life!

My husband and I both came for fresh haircuts. I can't remember his stylists name but she did great on his hard-part and he was very pleased with his mustache trim. Leyloni did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and gave me a beautiful cut with layers. I would highly recommend her to any guy or gal needing a cut. Everyone was very friendly and it was a laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
