Normally would not do this but as a former Starbucks employee this place has really just let me down in more than one occasion. This morning the drink and the food were both room temperature upon entering the car… at 7:30 this morning. Ya’ll just opened, there should be noooothing in your shop that feels like it’s been sitting out over night like that. Especially hot served items. This has been a repeated issue. Whoever is working morning shift needs to check that crew for sure.

Work at the church across the street, decided to run over for a coffee at 9. Order a vanilla bean frappe and sausage burrito, after waiting 20 minutes I told them to cancel the order and there was an attitude / problem with me doing that. Things got slammed and not one but two workers then went to the back to throw a temper tantrum and let the rest of the shop know they believed I was wrong for being too impatient .

Today we ordered are usual low-fat milk mich frap. Add whip cream. As usual they didn't put whip on and when we told them at window they had a bad attitude and said next time order it! We did order it!! As if it was our fault !! This is why I never tip there. Never get orders right.

It often takes a LONG amount of time before we get our order (especially online orders). On more than one occasion it took 20+ minutes beyond their estimate.

Horrible customer service with the manager named Mallory. Messed up order 3 day prior and another employee took my name to replace item plus a drink to go with it. She argued with me about getting it and then to go on saying I swore at her baristas. I was shocked when she came at me at the window saying I did! I was speechless and said I never did but she kept on saying you did I have it wrote down you did. It was crazy to me how she acted and to just come up with that insinuating I did that. The whole experience was very awkward and awful. Other then that the place has been great.

Starbucks needs to step it up offering more than a regular cold brew to our service members. People give their lives, physically, emotionally, financially so you can go to work without fear.You should be ashamed!

My husband and I went around 5:02 pm and there was only one person ahead of us. We got off and ordered inside. We ordered our drink ( two iced caramel brûlée with oat milk and whipped cream. We waited about 20 mins for our drinks. For it to come out blended, no oat milk and no whipped cream.

I don't know what was going on this morning but this is the Starbucks I use at least once a day and the sh!tshow this morning hopefully won't become the norm. Ordered at 0830, arrived at 0848 to pick up and was there until 0900. I've had 3 drink mistakes this past week and today I'm finally done. Ordered a venti hot white mocha. I got a hot chocolate. Watered down hot chocolate at that. Trust me when I say I know the difference between a white mocha and hot chocolate. Happens again tomorrow, I'm done with this starbucks. I'd love to know what ya'll did to make the good people you had working there leave but the ones you have now don't even seem trained. They seem frustrated, bored and, quite frankly, like they don't want to be there. I'm so disappointed.

This papillion location is always short staffed. They are slammed with mobile orders and it's easily a 15-20 minute wait, even for a black coffee or tea.

My drink was literally 3/4 full. Paying over six dollars for a drink you definitely expect it to be full and not to mention I come here almost every day. The worst part was Heidi in the drive-through and her rudeness and then when I called the store I was hung up on by Rachel. I will take my business elsewhere! Terrible experience :(

Instead of asking what we would like we were met with king fake nails, clapping and aggressive Rude behavior , it was so bad we ended up leaving with nothing.! Horrible attitude and very bad service !
