The price of my unit has gone up 200 dollars in a little over 5 years. These people are crooks and I’m moving all of my stuff out of there tomorrow to another storage company. Do NOT use this place. They will repeatedly up your monthly payment to where it’s completely unaffordable. I am beyond disgusted with this place!

Karen was especially courteous and friendly, when I asked a few questions about the unit I was interested in she gave me the information I needed.
My first time trying to enter was confusing, after several attempts I had to pull out of the way to let someone else enter. The keypad for exiting was even worse, I had to get out of my vehicle to even see the led screen.

I am a returning customer to Storage Mart never have had a problem with them. The property was always clean and well cared for and well managed. Heather H was great to work with and on top of all of the issues. She is efficient and polite, a credit to her company.

It was quick and easy to book. Things were smooth and Raven got me fast answers to the my questions she did not know the answers to! Wish I could have paid 6 month to a year up front.
