4th or more time the grey dryer rollers have left heavy grease like smears on my truck. Spoke to manager again, and he said half complain there off the other half complain there on. What kind of answer is that? Also the vacuum don't suck, been told before there working on them. Time for some upgrades or our multi car package is moving.

App makes it easy to go when I want (subscription or pay per wash). I just wish they offered microfiber towels and cleaner spray bottles like so many others.

Provides a really good quality car wash. My vehicle is used for various long trips on highways and collects quite a bit of bugs so having the car wash membership is a huge help and trying to keep all the bug guts from sticking around.

Conveyor belt style ride-along carwash with newer equipment (not touch-free), free vacuums & blowguns, detailing packages (wipes) available for purchase. Vacuums are on a timer, would be nice if they had more power. Would also be nice if they had towels and sprays instead of the detailing packs, but that's me.
Smartphone app lets you add/remove vehicles, change washing plans etc a nice touch. Purchased a wash in Iowa and it carried thru in Nebraska.

The drying brushes and the end of the car cash makes the windows and door mirrors filthy! Definitely ruins the wash!

Overall a good wash. If you have a license plate smoked cover their cameras won't read your plates. Also their wash does not do well getting caked on dirt out of wheel wells. I subscribe monthly after moving from rocket wash.

This is on my way to work in the mornings, so I want to love this, but I can't. More times than not, my car is covered in residue after a wash and parts of the machine are sometimes not 'working' properly. I came through last week and the whole back end of my SUV didn't get touched by the brushes because they didn't meet up to my vehicle for some reason. Just today, I had to go to another location because the residue is so bad that it is difficult to see out of my windows or side mirrors. I want to keep coming to this one, but the Omaha locations are so much better. Never any residue and my vehicle is absolutely dry when finished when I have to go to an Omaha location for a re-wash. More of an inconvenience to go through two separate car washes, even if I do have an unlimited membership.

I’m extremely disappointed with Tommy’s Car Wash. My personal car is in the shop for a 6–8 week repair, so I was put in a rental. I added that rental car to my profile so I could use my membership, but when that rental was swapped out for another one, Tommy’s would not allow me to update my account. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they forced me to keep paying for a membership I couldn’t even use.
The lack of flexibility is completely unreasonable. People’s cars go into the shop, accidents happen, rentals get swapped—it’s life. To lock me into paying for a service I physically cannot use is both frustrating and unfair. I ended up canceling because this policy is absolutely ludicrous.
Until Tommy’s addresses how rigid and anti-customer their system is, I would not recommend signing up for a membership.

Tommy’s has been my favorite place to clean my car, we will never go without a membership. Staff is incredibly helpful, we have been helped by Elliot before and he was kind and easy to work with!
