Worst post office ever, I have lived in the area for over 15 years and they still can't seem to get delivery of the mail right, we are on a training route and it's the worst. Undelivered mail, missing mail.....
I have a mail slot in my front door and they put my mail under my door mat outside????? This post office could care less about customers mail that's for sure!!!!

I truly regret not reading the reviews before choosing this post office. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with postal service.
I sent a package that was supposed to be delivered to Michigan within 3 days. However, when I try to track it, the status just says “In transit to next facility” with no further updates.
I contacted customer service, and they opened a case. The Michigan post office has been helpful and followed up, but they informed me that the Papillion post office has not responded to their inquiries regarding the estimated delivery time.
Since the package was insured for up to $100, I will be filing a claim. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating.

I've had twice now that they are trying to deliver something certified and they aren't coming to my door at all. Now where I suppose to pick this up at if this office is closed?

We have lived in our home for 2 1/2 years. The missing mail and packages exceed 5+ items. Worst USPS I have ever experienced.

This post office is an absolute JOKE. We have yet to get a package on time, missing mail constantly, and multiple complaints filed on our carrier. Don’t even try calling them. It’ll sit for 3 minutes and run a busy signal. It never ends. I will avoid them at all costs. Everyone in our neighborhood complains constantly and NOTHING gets fixed. Our tax dollars at work, i guess.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They would not print a label off my phone for me to return an item. They won't even provide a piece of tape to close box for item to be shipped. Also slow and disconcerting as I've ever seen. I will never return

I have called multiple times and have had a package sitting at their office for for over a week. You can never get through to anyone on the phone and it says their location is closed to walk into.

Most of the reviews that are critical seem to be based on single occurrences. I've had my fair share of those, believe me, but they do a great job 95% of the time.

Very distressed. I have a po box at the Virginia Dr location. My 1099 Social Security tax statement was opened, fully exposing my complete Social Security number. Usps claims machine damage, but the statement was not torn and not handled properly according to usps regulations for damaged mail. I found the employees at this location to be very unconcerned and unprofessional. Tampering with mail is suppose to be a federal crime, but they could not have cared less.

It's almost comical how bad usps service has become. Too many issues to mention, but here's a few; mail not being delivered until 7:30 at night, mail from my neighbors house streets over being delivered in my box, missing delivery deadlines / delivering my packages late... And it's impossible to actually contact anyone about delivery issues.
