Very distressed. I have a po box at the Virginia Dr location. My 1099 Social Security tax statement was opened, fully exposing my complete Social Security number. Usps claims machine damage, but the statement was not torn and not handled properly according to usps regulations for damaged mail. I found the employees at this location to be very unconcerned and unprofessional. Tampering with mail is suppose to be a federal crime, but they could not have cared less.

It's almost comical how bad usps service has become. Too many issues to mention, but here's a few; mail not being delivered until 7:30 at night, mail from my neighbors house streets over being delivered in my box, missing delivery deadlines / delivering my packages late... And it's impossible to actually contact anyone about delivery issues.

I’m extremely frustrated. My package said it was delivered and after looking and talking to my apartment office for over an hour it has still not been found. My first thought was maybe someone stole it but I see other reviews saying they have the same problem as me. I have been calling all day with no response. Terrible customer service and I will be going to the office in person tomorrow. It is a waste of my time and energy ?

I have Informed Delivery. Supposedly, a package was delivered in my mailbox - but it wasn't. Informed delivery says it *was* delivered. Tried to call. No one answers the phone here. After 40 rings (and yes, I counted) the system hangs up. This isn't the first time I have tried to call this station. I don't think the Post Office bothers to read these reviews, or they just don't care. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our business mail was not delivered at all yesterday. I called the post office to see if there was a problem. They assured me that our mail person was out delivering mail and we should get the mail. We did not. Today, our mail is late and I called the office and nobody is answering the phone.

It's really sad that this location has been closed to the public for more than a few months and no one has bothered to update the information on Google Maps so that people don't waste their time driving to this location for absolutely no reason. So frustrating. Unacceptable.

It is only about 90% of the time when the post office will pick up your packages. When call the location, nobody will answer the phone and if you call the 800 number then you get take them to the post office yourself. The need a management change or employees to be held accountable.

I've shipped over 50 packages with this post office, never had an issue. Friendly staff, great customer service, always answered any questions. Also the new location of portal road is very nice.

Frequent failures to deliver, wrong mail in my box, packages nowhere to be found, wrong key delivered to me for accessing shared package boxes, if I could make sure nobody used USPS to send me anything I would.

Save yourself the headache and just use a different mail carrier. Novel with only one of my terrible experiences.Uncaring, lazy, and downright rude when it comes to delivering to businesses that open later than most. How expensive the package is, requiring signatures, and "deliver after 12PM" notices don't make a difference either. Our mail driver won't deliver our packages as requested because of the business hours, and this includes signed re-deliveries that say "deliver inside at 12PM". Previously our mail driver came inside (when we were open, so I know she can do it) and yelled at our employees because "the business opening at 12PM is inconvenient". When I called the post office to try to figure out where my package is, they just pick up the phone and hang it back up. The 4th time I called, someone picked up and pretended they called me but "had the wrong number", and then proceeded to hang up on me again, so I'm going to have to show my happy face in person to actually get my package since our driver wants to act petty and won't [re]deliver at the requested time/when the business is open. Ignorant and rude overall - no customer service skills whatsoever.

When I wasn't home to sign for a package, I naturally rescheduled it for the next day. Not only did they not attempt to redeliver it, but they haven't even bothered to tell me if they're holding onto it for me to pick it up or trying to redeliver in the future. I had to get in contact with the Bellevue post Master to figure out what's going on.

Worst postal location I have ever seen. No access to lobby to drop off packages, broken doors, etc.. I will have to drive the extra distance to Bellevue.

Had a package going to my PO BOX @ 68164 and it came to papillon location, this is unbelievable PO IS getting worse and worse going to rethink doing business with them
