Pharmacist and pharmacy techs have always been nice to me, patient , and helped with coupons as I do cash pay for all my meds.

11/13/23, 8:20AM; why even have options when phone calling if you don't answer the phone? I called the pharmacy twice and let it ring 20 - 25x before giving up. The store operator was the same.

I called this pharmacy this morning regarding medication that is backordered due to shortage. I was calling from my work for a client who is prescribed this medication. The pharmacist was very rude and sounded like I was wasting his time. Very unprofessional

My husband had to rethink the medication that he takes for diabetes. This medication can get expensive and we currently carry a high deductible insurance, which left us looking for a lower priced medication. And searching for discounts to help out. Well, I had to go back and forth with medication, coupons and doctor calls to be able to afford his medication. Every change I had to ask the Staff at the Pharmacy to Enter new med, new coupon, and receive multiple requests from the doctors offices, and they willingly helped us figure this out. The pharmacy as a whole helped us save over $1500.00 in cost. My husband did not miss a dose. And we didn’t have to compromise his health to make it affordable! A big shout out to Techs Val and Tesa and Pharmacist Kim that applied their patients and expertise to help us figure this out! Thanks to all at the Papillion Walmart Pharmacy!

My recent visit to Walmart was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, everything seemed to go wrong. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. I encountered rude and unhelpful staff members who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. When I asked for assistance, I was met with indifference and dismissive attitudes. Furthermore, the store was a complete mess. The shelves were disorganized, and products were haphazardly thrown around, making it impossible to find what I needed. The checkout lines were long and poorly managed, leading to an excruciatingly long wait. In an attempt to provide feedback, I decided to leave a one star on the survey prompt that shows up after checking out on the self checkout, hoping that it would prompt some improvements. Little did I know that sharing my honest opinion would result in me being kicked out of the store. As I was leaving, a store manager approached me and informed me that I was no longer welcome at Walmart due to my negative review. I was shocked and appalled by this response. Isn't feedback supposed to help businesses improve? It's truly disheartening to witness such a lack of respect for customers and their opinions. Instead of addressing the issues at hand, Walmart chose to silence dissatisfied customers like me. It's a blatant disregard for constructive criticism and a clear demonstration of their unwillingness to provide a better shopping experience. I strongly advise shoppers to reconsider visiting this Walmart location until they address their customer service, cleanliness, and overall management issues. It's unfortunate that expressing dissatisfaction resulted in my expulsion, but I refuse to support a company that values profit over customer satisfaction. To Walmart: Remember that listening to customers and addressing their concerns is crucial for any successful business. Ignoring feedback and kicking out customers who dare to voice their opinions will only lead to further decline in your reputation.

I'm not sure when this began to happen. Perhaps with the pandemic as people began to shop for groceries on line. First off I understand people have a job to do and this fact requires them to be in the isles stocking shelves or preparing an on line order. What I don't understand is who trained these individuals in customer service? Again I get they are doing their job but if a customer asks for their help they should not be rude. Or if a customer is standing there after saying "excuse me" waiting for them to move their huge cart so that you can get what you need is not a good experience. I attempted to talk to someone in customer service and was originally told by the "front end manager" that they would not be able yo help me. I went to customer service anyway and he was right. No real help. The "MANAGER" gave me the number to the corporate Walmart and thought maybe someone in marketing could help me. So sad. The customer standing in the store that they drove to, to spend their money at, and probably spend more as the temptation of impulse buying sets in. We are treated wrongly. Now let's see if Walmart associates care what one customer has to say.

My prescriptions were always done in a timely manner and the store was very clean. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to assist with my niece

This store doesn't seem to put a priority on customer service at all; at least, not to the in-store customers. I had to repeatedly dodge Walmart employees who were doing the shopping for online shoppers when I visited there tonight. Also, those carts they use for online shoppers are big, and easily block the aisles if the employees aren't mindful of what they're doing. I expect them to put a priority on the shoppers who actually bother to go into the store. I was shopping over by the health and beauty section, where there are two single-cart aisles separated by a set of kiosks, running north to south. A teenage Walmart employee had parked her cart in the aisle I was in so that she could restock one of the kiosks. I approached and reached out and moved her cart 12 inches so that I could go past. She must have been offended because she go snarky and said "you could have just asked". Customer service at this Walmart is horrible.

This is the worst Walmart in Omaha. Do not go here if you can avoid it. The staff doesn't offer to help ever. The parking lot is absolutely horrendous. I tried calling three times and the line was busy every single time

The parking lot is a zoo. There aren't many carts and the carts that are there are old and crappy. It's crowded and hard to maneuver with all the crap in the aisles. Things aren't where they're supposed to be. I wanted pesto and it wasn't with the pasta sauce. I asked staff and they said they were showing they had it, but all he found was a packet to make pasta in the soup section and another staff member found it in with the snack cakes. I couldn't find paper towels in the paper towel aisle except for an open package that was taped shut and missing several rolls because the paper towels were in the toilet paper aisle. I could go on and on for all the times things weren't where they were supposed to be and things were open and used on the shelves. There's trash in the aisles and stuff people abandoned stuffed on the shelves. It's hard to find staff and when you do, they're talking to each other or on their phone and they're ignoring you. They haven't had cashiers in a while and it takes a while to wait for a self-checkout and be your own cashier. I always get stopped at the door by the greeter who wants to see my receipt and look through my stuff like I stole something. They've told me it's because I didn't have laundry baskets in bags and because I had multiples of the same item and because I was wearing a mask. It used to be an insanely long line to have 30 people waiting for 1 cashier, so at least they have improved this part of their lovely shopping experience. I went to buy a phone charger and they were all locked up and I couldn't get an employee to unlock one for me. I usually come in with a list and can't find what I need and leave frustrated. The restrooms are in shambles with tape holding things together and things setting out and they're dirty. I gave up. They don't deserve my money. I always leave cranky. It didn't used to be this way.

May 2021: Crazy busy, but masks are no longer required. All registers are now self-service. When I couldn't find the item I was looking for, customer service said they showed 18 in stock. Upon further investigation, they told me the entire section had been removed from the store without inventory levels being adjusted. One plus: they have a well stocked and competently staffed vision center.

I use to like Walmart but the place has turned into a zoo with theft police on every corner wanting to check things I just purchased. A very badly run company that has difficulty with organization, technology and customer relationships. There is a reason for the Walmart stereotypes. So far, the worst update at all Walmarts is locking up their merchandise to deter theft and,...sales at the same time. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting electronics department. Never again. Everything is locked up and there is no alert system so you have to wait while other customers cut in with similar problems. Good luck on being noticed by anyone but the security cameras. It took me a half hour to get someone to unlock the case to get a cheap Onn brand memory chip. Both of the associates were busy with people who kept cutting in line. No one else had a key. This is one major reason I shop online and help others by delivering things to their house. Walmart and other traditional retailers are going to extremes in loss prevention that honestly discourage people like me from shopping or even working there. My apologies to the overwhelmed employees in electronics and the front end manager I talked to. Next time I will find more convenient shopping options. I don't like writing reviews like this but enough is enough! Get organized Walmart!
