I needed to deposit a check. There was only one teller working so it took 30 minutes to get service. Then, because of a name change - one THEY already knew about because they had my marriage certificate on file - AND after an hour wait, they would not deposit it. I had received the check as a severance payment from a company I no longer worked for, and they still had my former last name on the check. I ended up going to the Wells Fargo in Regency. They were able to easily confirm who I was and made sure the check would go through with the bank who had issued the check. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Papillion branch of Wells Fargo.

I recently closed out my father's accounts through Wells Fargo after he passed away. It took several different phone calls before being able to speak with someone who was familiar with the process of doing this. We met with Shawn at the papillon location and she was incredibly rude. The experience left me feeling very thankful that I don't do my own banking with Wells Fargo.

Very friendly and helpful. Someone will greet you as you walk in the door to help you out. They are close to home and we use this branch almost exclusively. The drive thru is fairly quick if you know what you want.

I just opened up my second checking account with wells fargo after having a savings account for 10 years there. The wells fargo that i fist opened it with took advantage of my young age and convinced me to open two more accounts even though i didnt want them. Then after moving to Nebraska I visited this location and explained what happened. The guy who helped me cancelled the unessesarry accounts i had and made the right accounts for my age. Friendly staff that don't try to haggle you into more accounts like other Wells Fargo locations. Defiantly the only branch I'm visiting if I can help it.
