I needed to deposit a check. There was only one teller working so it took 30 minutes to get service. Then, because of a name change - one THEY already knew about because they had my marriage certificate on file - AND after an hour wait, they would not deposit it. I had received the check as a severance payment from a company I no longer worked for, and they still had my former last name on the check. I ended up going to the Wells Fargo in Regency. They were able to easily confirm who I was and made sure the check would go through with the bank who had issued the check. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Papillion branch of Wells Fargo.

I have been trying to remove someone from my bank account and when I arrived in person they told me that I have to have the other person on my account with me. This to me makes no sense considering it is MY account. MY MONEY. I come back another day when I finally have time off and I bring the person I want to remove from my account. We get there and they tell us that we have to make an appointment even though we were NEVER told that before in the 2 separate conversations we each had. (1 on my end and then other from the person trying to be roved) We tried to express that we were never told this in advance and that I have very limited availability to come do this in person. The lady was very rude and not willing to help in any way. Then we are told to leave as the building is now closed. Absolutely ridiculous that it is this difficult to remove someone from MY ACCOUNT. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for three decades. Yes there are always bumps in the road with any business. But since my wife passed in November 2019 I have learned the value of this branch. They gave me advise the was timely and accurate during the transition from my prior history with my wife while adjusting to being a widower that needed to add children to the accounts as recommended by my lawyer. They spent over an hour with me deleting my wife from the accounts and adding my children. (I made and on-line appointment for this task.) They even called my son's WF Branch in Danbury, CT who assisted getting his signature on the account authorized accesss documents. Just this week, I needed to transfer cash from another bank account to my WF savings account. The young lady teller who helped me and her supervisor were superior. I would hope that those who critique this branch realize the bank is understaffed. Not all employees are qualifed to do all jobs. If employee A is helping another customer, is it fair for customer A to walk in and demand immediate service? If you have an issue important to you go on-line and make an appointment. I have done this three times since November 2019. I want to say thank you to the employees who try to serve their customers in these hard times when all positions cannot be filled. Be thankful they chose to work to help others.

Teach you tellers that when a person gives them an amount for withdrawal written on a piece of paper, that means they DO NOT want it announced for the whole branch several times. This calls PRIVACY

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years, I went in to get a form signed by the notary and they told me she was busy with a new customer and sent me to the Papilion police office. Seriously it would have taken her 5 minutes.. Very disappointed in their customer service!

Shawn was helpful and did what i came for. I have read the reviews and i saw some people are not happy with customer service at this location so I thought I would share my experience. Oh and believe me when we talk about customer experience there are some banks that you cant even imagine the service they provide you, in that case i never had problem with wells fargo.

We've had accounts with Wells Fargo for over fifteen years but after today will be moving to another bank. I stopped in this branch to get information about a joint account and to get a letterhead for direct deposit. Although I have done this before, within the last three months, this branch wouldn't assist. I asked for a manager since I didn't recognize that the person greeting me was even an employee because they were wearing jeans and a tshirt. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. This isn't the first time that this branch has been rude and unhelpful. I will be closing all accounts next week.

The experience left me feeling very thankful that I don’t do my own banking with Wells Fargo.

Customer at this branch for 15 years and after explaining a delicate situation that I'm having trouble resolving with them on one of my accounts, the person I spoke with on the phone not only provided completely different information than I had been provide in three previous attempts to resolve the issue, but was unable, or unwilling, to schedule an appt for me to bring in the documentation I have to complete the account update necessary. Completely lacking in compassion and understanding.I have a been a WF customer for more than 30 years and I think I'm finally done...

Miscommunication with another location and my appointment didn’t get scheduled. But I went in and was helped by Remy and she squeezed me in. Very good experience and I’m great full she was so kind and willing to help me. Thank you!

Shawn who answers the phone is a dismissive and flippant person to deal with. She lords her one and only skill in life answering a phone over you and refuses to set appointments when you want to cancel your account. I have reported her several times to corporate but yet she remains at this location wreaking havoc to anyone who dares to inconvenience her by calling in. Dont waste your time at this branch.
