It is unfortunate that the people who work there have to be managed by a boss that is not customer friendly...the store was a five star as No Frills but this mgt team has given rise to a philosophy of hey it's in the ad so we don't have it...no rain checks and no other store does that either...WELL.....Fairway, Bakers and Hy-Vee is custody friendly and they go out of its way to either see if it is in stock in back...we can substitute or give you a rain check.... Family Fare could take a page out of their book. It today's market place, service is key only 3out of 4 are committed to this...again on a side note, the employees are great at Family Fare perhaps senior mgt would walk in their shoes.
