“Kenda F., UPS CS. I Rate your CS as VERY EXCELLENT!!Kenda went above & beyond with her CS skills with assistance to me, and even did so on her own free time, her day off from UPS!She contacted me on her own time, twice! Once, just let me know that she would continue to work on an incorrect shipping address error, ("I" made the error, not her, nor by anyone else at the Beatrice, NE UPS facility), until it is corrected. Secondly, she contacted me again the very next day to let me know that she had communicated with the last shipping port and confirmed with that UPS port that the address correction had been fixed. Because of Kenda's persistent customer service and her communication with the facility port CS, & assistance from the recipient of the pkg., the incorrect address had been corrected before the pkg. was even on the res. delivery truck, which was clear out near Baltimore, MD. Because of Kenda's above and beyond customer service effort the pkg. was still delivered on the original expected delivery date! THANK YOU AGAIN, Kenda! YOUR kindness & efforts will always be remembered with this situation, and YOU are very much appreciated for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!!”
