I've been with Midwest Bank for almost 25 years (ever since opened my first account). The staff have always been great and courteous and easy to work with, whether banking or for loan work. And it's nice to be able to get a new debit/bank card printed right at the bank and get it right away instead of having to wait to have one mailed. They also have excellent fraud protection services.

No problems here. I've banked at Midwest since it was established. Deb Zautke has gone out of her way to assist me many times. The entire staff have been very courteous and friendly all the time. Keep up the excellent work!!!

Highly recommend!!! I have worked with Blane on a loan and he has always gone out of his way for me when I have any questions; I have always felt they worked in my best interest. They are honest people to work with that truly value there customers. You won't be disappointed.

I have banked with Midwest Bank for many years. They go above and beyond for their customers, & are super friendly! I wouldn’t recommend any other bank but Midwest!

We cannot say enough about Midwest Bank/Pierce branch and Taylor Oltjenbruns . They were knowledgeable and personable every step of the way. They made our transition easy and no question went unanswered. Our questions were always answered promptly and never had to wait for a call back. Thank you to Taylor Oltjenbruns and Midwest Bank!!

Honestly one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. I have worked with plenty of banks through out the years with my previous jobs and I cannot believe the lack of respect some of their employees give to certain people. Now don't get me wrong, there are some amazing ladies that work there, but other than that, the individuals in charge need to realize that you can't run a business by treating people poorly and lying to customers! I am so glad we moved to a different bank that respects us and has our business in mind when making banking decisions!

I would never bank at midwest bank in pierce ne they don't deserve any stars. My friend has over a million invested with and they were very rude to him and me.

Best banking experience ever!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very informative and answered all of my questions. Just pay your bills on time so they don't have to repo your truck!!

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! They screw you every chance they get, vice president released my personal banking info to someone who he thought I was dating without even looking to see if she was listed on my account! President lied to me to scam me out of money and title of my pickup! Lucky I don't have the money after they took me to hire a lawyer or I would be filing a lawsuit!!!
