I love it!
I go back because of the general manager.
Another store in town is cheaper however the customer service skills are poor... That is me being polite.
I love the staff! Also all of the stuff I find for a good price. I enjoy going there ,they go out of there way to help me.

Someone is always around happy to help you find what you're looking for. The help is always friendly and treat people with respect. Environment is always clean and the aisle's are not packed full of stock.

Have only been back to this town for three months I get my three year old gets into everything but when asked to get another bread because my other bread somehow had moisture in it. He touched the credit card machine and literally she ragged at him wouldn't be the first time. That's why I don't like going here but when it's the only grocery store open when I get here I don't have a choice.

Only giving 1 star because of the 2 nice people who work there. But the other 2 ladies in particular make it worth -5 stars. The taller older lady with gray hair and the other older lady with darker hair/plus gray hair named Karen are literally THE WORST at customer service. I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and come to this location often. The only good experiences I have had are with the younger, newer gal and the older but shorter gal. But after my last experience, I am livid. I came in with my walking 10 month old with nobody else in the store at the time. I had 2 things to grab, I should have been in and out in maybe 2 minutes. Well the new manager had some guys coming in to check the coolers while she was at the register so she was busy. The taller gray haired lady literally stood there as she is watching my walking baby fight to get into everything that is within a few feet while I’m holding the 2 things I came in for. I’m standing there for probably 7 minutes at this point. A few minutes later there is a line and the other lady finally opened up her register to someone else knowing damn well I have been in line for at least 10 minutes because she told me she “couldn’t open her register.” Had no problem opening it up for someone else. Also that Karen lady is never friendly. She has absolutely zero welcoming manners and half of the time she talks it’s very mono tone “have a nice day.” I hate this location. I will be making sure that I have everything I need before I leave Norfolk from now on. Too many situations with these two have happened over the last year and a half even though I have been nothing but kind.Editing to add to my review, mostly new staff but same sh*tty service.

Went to the store and now they have the shopping carts outside in this heat!! Be careful because they will be hot ?. Really has gone down since new manager.

I could spend an hour browsing around the store. Snagged a great deal on pop. Nice prices, variety.. Friendly service from staff.

An unfortunate necessity.I try to purchase what I can from the local grocer, if they go under, we will have to go out of town for many things.Please support local business first when you can.
