“At first I thought the person I was dealing with was not a happy person. What actually was shown to me was just a very business oriented, efficient and in the end friendly woman who was doing 6 different things at once.. Because she was so serious about her job the line which was about 8-10 people deep just went bing bing bing and I was out the door. It was not the usual government cold faced I don't give a damn attitude that we have all experienced at places like the DMV. I give them AAA+.”
