Had a highly disappointing experience here with an employee. I came in to purchase landscape supplies for my company and asked at checkout if Bomgaars offered a military discount. A younger short brunette girl employee at the opposite register then asked if I was a veteran or dependent. When I answered “dependent,” she sarcastically called me “daddy’s money” - all while I was paying with MY company card.
I understand that working retail can be tough, but there’s no excuse for treating a repeat customer like that… especially when she wasn’t working too hard herself as I’m buying supplies for my current job. I’ll be returning once to speak with a manager directly, but after that, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

First big snow of the year and my snowblower wouldn't start. The staff was great, went outside during the snowstorm to show me and discuss the options, pricing, and they added the oil and gas to start the snowblower to verify it ran. Also, I had no transportation for the snowblower, they delivered it to my house for me!
5 stars!!! Customer service like this is hard to find.

Nice Big Store, love it Tony was very helpful and Friendly helped me with a cattle prod. And thanks for having Frost Top root beer keeps the old man at my work quite.

The people who work here are friendly, and I am desperate to shop at this store. I have a horse, 4 dogs and 3 cats. However, the selection is so hit and miss, and the stock is a gamble at best. I am usually prepared to spend $100+ on any given trip, and have to turn tail and leave to go to Tractor Supply in Omaha because I can never seem to find the things I need, in any sort of consistency, in stock at this location. It is very frustrating having to drive 30 mins each way because the store 10 mins down the road has trouble keeping stock of high demand items.

The cashier that checked us out, Tye, was so friendly and helpful. My daughter always loves the baby chickens. Lots of tools, clothes, boots and supplies to choose from.

Large store with so much to choose from. Got some tools and a 40 lb bag of bird seed. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Easy to get to. Quality clothing and shoes at reasonable prices. Very clean. One of my favorite stores.

Trying to purchase chicken feed. Several of the bags had been chewed through by mice/rats. Feed was all over the floor. When I let an employee know he knew this problem existed he offered to get me bags from the back. Thanks for that but clean up the mess Bomgaars to stop the problem from getting worse.
