The new practices that postmaster DeJoy implemented during his term have affected the service immensely, there are so many negative changes that it doesn't run as efficiently as it use to. He did everything in his power to help trump win by removing sorting machines, closing offices in rural areas, lowered work force and slowed down service. They have lost items I mailed, one I got back a year later returned without delivery. The staff in our local office make up for it by being nice and going out of their way to help you, even they don't have anything nice to say about postmaster that removed boxes so there weren't as many ballot boxes for mail-in voting. I really like our local office & employees working there, they have all of the new products and boxes one needs.

They’re started off purposely holding my mail because my address included a “ 1/2” and it wasn’t on the mail … ( they know where it belongs but stated it isn’t their problem to make sure it goes in the right box even if they do know the where it goes ) so I went down to the post office and changed my address with the 1/2 on the address change paper and put that in & changed my address with everyone & yet still my mail is now being RETURNED AND NOT EVEN HELD . What’s the issue now ? The post office website doesn’t even register the “1/2” apt number on their website , so how is that my ISSUE ?!! So how do I get my mail ??? I’m missing IMPORTANT MAIL because they’re playing petty stupid games . At this point is it because I’m black ? Like what’s the issue ? I’ve called I’ve complained I’ve went up there and basically got laughed at so what now ????

If there was a way to do no stars, I would. Lazy! We haven't received any mail because our mailbox is in the way of road construction. However people on Ave G have been getting their mail. Guess where our driveway is at? Ave G.... They turn around in our driveway but yet our driveway is not accessible to drop off our mail. They could get out of their vehicle and drop off our mail on the back porch but nope. Because our mailbox isn't accessible, neither is our driveway. Y'all go on strike for better pay but can't find a driveway you turn around in? I've been waiting for a package for 3 days now because supposedly everyone on 8th is now getting their mail. Not in our case. Get out of your vehicle and walk up my driveway to drop off the mail on the little table set up. Too difficult to walk 20 feet. Can't walk on the concrete that's already finished? You can drive by it but are too lazy to get out of the vehicle to put mail into the mail box? This is beyond stupid! I grew up in a town with 200 people and our carrier walked through snow, yup snow butt we can't walk across the street to put mail into a mail box. Haven't been able to get our mail in over a month without going to the office. It's been a week now that they've said they aren't holding mail but are. Great service... At least let us come get it if you can't get out of your vehicle.
Since it's not allowing me to do another post, now packages are coming up missing. I purchased a camera on eBay and it shows delivered in my mailbox but never delivered. Ebay won't refund me and now I'm out $150. Thanks Plattsmouth USPS for not delivering my package but marking it as delivered. Wonder where it went? Fraud

Any USPS will be better than any Fedex or UPS when it comes to cost. However, if you are not an experienced shipper, do not go to Plattsmouth USPS, the employees don’t care to help you, which is very unlike the small town culture. Now that I know more, I know they could’ve help me with my labels but because of lack of training or laziness they didn’t help even though I was the only person in the lobby. The hours are weird, they are open less than the Bellevue location and they are take an hour-long lunch break, which is not specified on the google hours at the time I am writing this review, this could’ve saved me a few tripsIf you can get around their weird open hours, and don’t need the employees to help you because you just need to drop a package then this location is good ?

Not too bad, looks as if the lobby could be updated some. Only one collection on the box of 4:20p.

I really like and appreciate our local Post Office. Thank you Tracy (PMG) and the carrier for our route, Nichole. These are top notch people that have always been kind and respectful. People here don't realize how good our local post office is in comparison to other towns.

Very friendly and helpful service at the office. Delivery is awesome all the time. I've been a patron of this post office for 11 years and I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much!

I ordered something from New York and the package was lost and ended up in California. Tracie C. Went above and beyond to try to get this package to me. She called the California post office, emailed me multiple times, and called me with updates. I cannot thank her enough for the extraordinary customer service I received.

Perhaps your delivery people should be instructed that traffic laws are for them also, running stop signs and speeding is against the law even in Buccaneer Bay.

Still haven't fixed my box and it's been over 2 weeks since I brought the issue to their attention. Now won't have it fixed for 6 more days. So almost 3 weeks total. And I was told my mail would be on hold and I could pick it up today so I show up 1hr before they close and ...you guessed it...my mail isn't there. Several phone calls and 4 wasted trips to the post office later...still NO MAIL!
