Purchased our last 4 or 5 phones there. Usually great service. Today I go in and Speaking with a lady and the rude little guy next to he kept chiming in. Confused her. He informed me that my charging cord broke in my phone. Not what happened at all. Then when I decided to upgrade to a newer phone he kept butting in and confused the lady again. Don't think we will be doing business there again

Horrible experience waited an hour and 30 minutes, in that time frame other people put in front of us stating we would take longer cause we wanted a new plan. Also person talking trash on Verizon a lot. I will never go back to Plattsmouth Verizon.
