I’m gonna start off by saying I never do this! Ever! Just rented A unit which was priced incredibly Cheap but I couldn’t figure out how to properly enter my info To access the gate. This kind gentleman named Rodney was on it and right there to help me very kind very respectful good energy. Not so often, somebody goes extra mile. And he was more than happy to help And also offered more help assistance with locating my storage unit. Not too often, I mean, people like him. Highly recommend armor storage!

Rented a unit site unseen while moving across the nation. Had some pretty severe issues with the U-Haul truck itself breaking down while enroute. However, Mr Rodney's professional and earnest demeanor was a beacon in troubled waters as he assisted different towing services and unloading crews in and out of the lot overall facilitating my smooth transition into the state. The unit I was issued was clean and appears maintained. I would absolutely recommend Armor Storage Ralston.

Rodney was great! Got my online stuff verified, walked me out to my storage unit. He even swept it out before I arrived.
If I could suggest anything, it would be to upgrade the keypads. the one going out gets too hot in the sun causing the display to burnout and it doesn't always accept the codes.

These units are broken into on average of twice a year. There is no manager on duty half the time, no manager on duty living on the property so it's open season for your stuff. If you have *anything* of value DO NOT PUT IT IN THESE UNITS!!!!!

I did the online rental and it went smooth and easy.
I did have an issue with my access code. Brian was extremely helpful in getting me access to my unit.
