The staff was super friendly and informative. They told me 2-3 hours to replace it and recalibrate my vehicle, and they held true to their timeframe. I highly recommend them.”

I was in a dilemma as it was my older 2nd car and with getting the body work done, the insurance company was probably going to total it out. The door handle was wonky and the automatic window clicked when I rolled it up. Andrea said we can try and push out the dent and we will just charge you our hourly labor rate. A nice young man named Brady worked on my car. Fixed the door handle, the window and the dent all at a very reasonable price! They've got my business! I had one other credible company look at my car and they told me “oh, there might be frame damage and it’s going to be really expensive”. Whereas Jeff said “No problem. We can get you taken care of next week”. It was half the cost of what I was initially anticipating, and less than half of what the competition was pitching me. I trust them to get the greatest results with the most reasonable cost for the consumer. They did a great job of arming me with information and expectations for aftercare. I will be back if I have another need, and I will be recommending them to others for quick, cost-effective car/dent repair.”

“Dave and team were fantastic to work with and did a great job on our Subaru that had some hail damage. They were kind, communicative, very efficient/speedy and the work was done flawlessly. You would never know there was prior damage. Additionally, we meant to ask them to fix a door panel that had come unglued but we had forgotten. When we called to see if we could bring it by again, Dave apologized and said he had meant to take care of it (this was something random and extra outside of the claim that we hadn't flagged and was not because of the hail storm). He did the work complimentary at no charge. What amazing customer service! Baxter Subaru had quoted us $500 for the minor panel fix, which is ridiculous. We definitely recommend and will take back for any auto body needs.”

Russ had out car back to us and it looked perfect withing three days for only $900 when we were quoted 2400 and 6 days by a competitor. He was very easy to work with and was a guy you knew had been doing this for a while and knew exactly what to do. I will take any paint work to him every time!”

My mechanic recommended I take my vehicle to Baker's Auto body after an accident that was not my fault, someone had merged into my driver side while driving and Baker's Auto body did an amazing job with the repair.
They were able to do the repair without replacing the entire door which prevented me from having to deal with insurance further.
There was some rust at the bottom of my door that they even sanded down and painted over as best they could and it looks so much better now.
I'm incredibly grateful for the team at Baker's Auto body, very trustworthy, great communication and down to earth people.”
“My son was in an accident with his car at his school, Kaizen is close to my house so I stopped in to get a quick estimate on the damages. Aaron came out to help me and was great, took some pictures of the damage and had an estimate for me quickly thereafter. I brought the car in for repair about 2 weeks after the estimate was given and everything was perfect. The receptionist at the front was kind, Aaron was there and attentive with me and made sure I was aware of what was going to be done to the car before they started.
I got a nice text from the shop as the car was being worked on which I was not expecting, but it was nice to see that they took the extra time to let me know where things were in the process of fixing the car. The car was completed in the estimated time that they originally quoted. It looks great and I cannot even tell it has been repaired. Hats off to Aaron and the team up at Kaizen for the great work.”

Colin kept me informed and up-to-date about what was going on the entire process which made me feel at ease. Hallett dealt with the insurance company about the crash as a whole and got all of the work done. I went to pick up my car and it looks brand new!!! The team did a perfect job!!
