The gal working the counter said that my coupon had already been used. But it was a brand new coupon that my wife had cut out of the mailing we got. Her coupon worked. The worker was very unconcerned and said there was nothing she can do. Really?? Nothing at all?? We have been going to this Subway location for a long time and this crew working that day was all different from the regular workers we have grown accustomed to. We will not be going back to this location.

This is by far the best service I have ever received. Derek I believe the man's name was who took care of me and my son. I tried to place an online order but it said the system was down and I called 2 other locations to place an order to pick up and was told they werent taking anymore orders because it was 20 min prior to closing time. I called this subway 9min to closing time and this gentlemen gladly took my order and was more than helpful when we arrived he even helped my son to the car with everything. I was absolutely impressed by his service and he mentioned he was the manager and that was an awesome decision whoever made because this guy cared about his customer and didn't turn me away because his nightlife was more important. Spoo if you want some healthy delicious food, service that is over the top, and a smile go to this Subway the management deserves a raise and should be training all the employees! Amazing....still blown away by his service skills!

Went in for ice cream and Serenaty was working behind the counter, her whole attitude was your interrupting my time checking out my phone to have to wait on you. I asked for a double scoop of ice cream in a dish, and she scooped out barley enough to call it a double scoop. When I complained she said if you want more pay for another scoop.

This is probably one of my favorite subways to come to. The place is usually clean. And I have yet run into a bad worker. They are always friendly and talkative with the customers. They definitely listen when you ask for a little bit of something or alot.

Honestly not a bad place to go for good sandwiches. What makes me rate it so low is the fact that I said pickles on an order and they put green olives on the sandwich right in front of me. Either ask what I said again or listen to what the customer wants a bit better.

This location is now fleecing their customers! I went to the Ralston, NE Subway on May 20th and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch and told them that I had a coupon. As person at the cash register put a $1 fee for additional bacon. I told her that I did not ask for additional bacon and she did not add any additional bacon to my sandwich. They gave me some lame excuse is that because I did not order the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch that comes with extra cheese not bacon. I took my sandwich and left. So the following day I thought I would try a different Subway location to see if they did the same thing. They did not, they charge me the correct price. So the Ralston, NE location is now also fleecing their customers.

This Subway is a staffing nightmare! I have heard employees complaining over an open mic about customers ordering sandwiches in the drive thru. Customer service is a phrase they’ve apparently never heard before either. So expecting it here would be difficult. Tonight they were training a new guy who wanted to do a good job but you could see the frustration on his face. He asked a female staff member how to make my sandwiches. She handed him the proper utensil and said “just use 4 of these” and then she walked to the back and started casually talking to another employee… You cannot have poor, uncaring employees training new hires! It only perpetuates the problems that already exist. This must go all the way to the top. Management/Ownership gets a HUGE failing F for their incompetence when it comes to managing this location and the lack of training and support they give their employees.

DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERING!!!!! Rudest staff ever! Took my order online, ran out of bread,you are subway and you ran out of bread at 11am on a sat, and then couldn't issue me a refund because they didn't know how. ..... AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

I have only been her 2 times. The 1st time they toasted the sandwich with lettuce on it. It was gross! Today they gave me someone else's sandwich. I would give this location 0 start the the system will not let me.
