Idiot runs out of gas on 84th and I fight my way to the bank before 5. The main blind is closed at 4:59 as I'm finally pulling into the drive-thru after 20 minutes trying to get from Center St. to L street. It's bad enough closing at 5pm, but closing early is unacceptable.
