I called the company A woman answered and said hello I asked if I had reached the plumber She said hold on let me get my husband Her husband then got on the phone and I asked them if they could come out and snake my drain he responded who is this, I then told him my 1st and last name, he then asks where are you at I told him I was in Nelson which is about 25 miles away he then responded with I don't wanna be going out there I really don't wanna be going out that direction I thanked him and hung up. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend.
