Dayre did an amazing job with my mother. Sadly, 8 months later my father passed and this time we dealt with David and Dayre’s wife. Upon confirming visitation would be done twice in Franklin, as we were initially promised, Dayre’s wife suddenly began yelling at me say “Enough enough!” “don’t say another word.” She then ran to the other end of the funeral home, yelling as she ran past my father’s casket and extended family members, and began talking to my uncle who has absolutely nothing to do with my father’s funeral. I followed where she proceeded to talk loudly and belligerently. All this occurred as I could see my dear father lying in his casket. I was only attempting to have his wishes fulfilled, as we were promised. Eventually David called and said they would fulfill their promise. I never received an apology for being yelled at or for her being incorrect. It was already traumatic loosing my father the way we did, but then to be verbally assaulted at the funeral home when we were first viewing him is something I would have never imagined would happen in a setting like this and in a sensitive situation like this. We caught the very end of her on video, which was by far the calmest she was, as she then had a larger audience watching her. This will only let me attach pictures though and not videos.
