This place is beautiful. My daughter's wedding was there yesterday. We booked it 2 years in advance. There are 3 owners not all on the same page. That was red flag #1. The whole process to begin with was all over the place but we had hope it would all work out by the day of. We spent $7000 to book it for rehearsal the night before not dinner, the day of wedding, and for bride, groom and a few wedding party guests to stay over night. We never asked for a wedding planner as we had everything handled. When we went out for rehearsal, one of the owners (the older lady) wanted to control everything. Telling the bride and groom how she was doing everything they didn't want. What the bride and groom wanted was very reasonable. She even took all of the decorations and did whatever she wanted to do and it was nothing like we wanted. Never even asked first. She ended hiding some of the arrangements and they never got put up. She wanted to tell everyone how to walk down the aisle. She overstepped in so many ways. We were told to begin with that they would provide table cloths and then the night before she said she would not have them. We had to go to buy 25 tablecloths last minute. Very bad experience.The staff however was ???? amazing. Security and cleaning crew were some of the best people around. Went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this place if it wasn't for the crazy lady who definitely over stepped her place.

Had the pleasure of photographing a wedding here. Loved all of the different spots for photos. The getting ready locations, the outdoor ceremony space, and reception area all made my job easy as everything was absolutely beautiful. Having everything close together was really convenient for the couple and their guests, as it was a pretty hot day, so being able to step outside for a moment to get photos and hide back into the AC was a great benefit for a venue where everything can happen on-site

I was married at Roca Ridge Events last fall. As our anniversary approaches in October, I keep remembering how perfect every moment was. Our weekend stay in this beautiful setting with family and friends was very special. Thanks for the memories!

Nancy and her staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help during set up and tear down. It wasn’t uncommon to hear “she’s just the best” after she helped someone out. Nancy wasn’t there for the wedding itself, but her assistant was just as kind and helpful!The cabin area with lodging was cozy with plenty of space to get ready for the day. We stayed the night before the wedding and it was so quiet in the country..just what we needed to relax and recharge before the big day. Waking up to the smell of baked goodies for breakfast topped everything off…and it was all so delicious. ????The venue itself was picture perfect…make sure to check this one out.

It’s a nice place for a wedding and reception but the owner, Nancy, was awful. She said we could come in Friday to set up since there were no other events there on Friday, so we did. Then she acted like she was angry we were there the entire time, then kicked us out when we still had work to do. On the day of the wedding she lurked around the property scowling at people like they were doing something wrong and she kept heckling the mother of the bride about things. Then at the end of the night she presented the mother of the bride with a bill… she charged $150 per hour on Friday when we were there setting up which was not mentioned when we asked if we could come in ($500 total). She charged $150 for and old wood post with a reflector nailed to it that was pushed over by a vehicle when people left the reception.Another thing… she trudged around the place with muddy bare feet (not during the reception thank god).I always give credit to people who are kind and reasonable that work in service jobs, but Nancy should definitely find another job that doesn’t involve encountering people on what’s supposed to be one of the happiest days of their lives. She could easily ruin it and not care a bit.So like I said it’s a nice location for wedding festivities, but not worth the headache of the owner. Plan your special day somewhere else!

This venue was everything we could’ve wanted for our big day. Nancy and staff were so helpful during set up. She has TONS of extra decorations to use if you’re in need of something. She’s willing to step in and give ideas and advice when needed but also let’s the couples be creative and make the space their own. After the reception she and her staff were there to help with tear down and help things run smoothly.We did the weekend package, the bridesmaids stayed the night in the cabin the night before the wedding and the next morning she woke up and made everyone breakfast. On the big day, she helped set up, tear down, clean up, and woke up the next morning to make my husband and I breakfast.This place is beautiful and the people are even more beautiful inside and out. Would recommend a thousand times over.

This venue is absolutely stunning. This is my 4th experience as a bridesmaid and I’ve never had a better place to get ready. The ceremony space was so beautiful and the event staff was very kind and accommodating.

I love Roca Ridge! Every time we venture out to the venue we feel right at home! From wedding venues, to family reunions Roca Ridge is just the place to help you forget about your worries and to just relax! The flowers are GORGEOUS!! The staff is so supportive and helpful! The cabin is beautiful! Full of amazing art from all over the world! It feels like a “well cultured Snow White” and the seven dwarfs cabin. (Except much, much larger!)The barn is full of light! And gives a warm and welcoming vibe! The bar area is PERFECT, quiet and out of the way from the dance floor. The large fire pit area is just the place to roast marshmallows and to unwind!This place is definitely worth a look!

Can't recommend this place enough. I attended a wedding here and it was just so beautiful. Idk if catering was provided by the location, but the food was delicious. Staff was very discreet and efficient.The location was also clean and well maintained. Very picturesque. Seriously considering having my wedding here and with this staff as well.
