“The 2 bank employees. who assisted me at the Roseland, Nebraska Pinnacle Bank branch, were grea! I only remember one lady's name, Stephanie. They both were courteous, & if they didn't have an answer, they consulted or researched an answer for me.
Stephanie worked with my original Wyoming branch for me, & the 2 branches successfully accomplished closing my Pinnacle Bank account. It was a pleasant interaction for me with Stephanie & other Pinnacle Bank employees between the 2 states.
