Buyer BEWARE! Absolutely horrible customer service, they refuse to call or email you back. They refuse to send any of the paperwork/titles when you purchase vehicles. I do not recommend this company at all.

It's the worst place to list anything. After I listed 3 units with this place, they promptly fired my listing agent and his manager.My equipment sold for $0.10 on the dollar. I would have had better luck selling my stuff thru the local auction house in Idaho.

We participated in an online collector car auction recently and purchased three vehicles. The team was exceptionally professional, and the transaction was painless. Overall an exceptional experience, and we highly recommend BigIron and their subsidiary, Sullivan Auctioneers.
