I had Allo Fiber in Scottsbluff as a Business. What the building was made with and the shape of it. We did have issues with buffering. Allo fiber nebraska was there consistently working with us until we got a resolution. They were troopers. It was a unique situation for all of us.
Now I’m an Allo Fiber Nebraska resident in Gering and again my house being built in the mid 1960’s , lath and plaster walls with solid brick outside. Again, we are experiencing some buffering issues. Allo has always been quick to address any issues and get them resolved. That’s what I treasure about this company. Very little wait time on the phone. You talk to a human person. They are very friendly and helpful. They follow up with you to make sure issues are resolved. They schedule technicians to come out right away.
The company is very personable. That means a lot to me.

I have Allo Fiber for at least 6 years, They are always willing to check the problem out. And they get you up and going, Never without internet very long. A great service !!!!

Since I switched to ALLO I have not had any outage issues. With my previous carrier I had outages monthly, which was very annoying. I love my ALLO internet service!

I've had Allo internet for 11years. It has been wonderful. Great service, ease when needing to move to a new house, great tech support when there is an issue(which has only been a few times over the yrs). Highly recommend!!

ALLO is the by far the best Internet service connection I've ever used in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. They offer affordable, excellent, and very efficient high speed services for all my online needs. I also like that they have a local office where I can talk to actual people - face to face (if needed) - to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I highly recommend ALLO Fiber to anyone in our area. Better service, better prices, better quality - and hometown local involvement with our community. Five Stars !!! Best Internet in the Valley.

Allo is great! The only outages is if the electricity goes out. Never have had any problems in the 5+ years that I have been with them.
