16 below zero last evening and our Allo service went down. They sent an outstanding fast, friendly Technician that worked outside, found the issue, repaired it. Allo's customer service is Top notch from the inside out. AwesomeJob!

Terrific internet nothing beats Fiber Optic internet I've had allo for around a year and a half not quite sure I had no problem with it except when the Giga Center router messed up they came out the next day and replaced it with the gigaspire blast router which is much better their customer service is really good I would recommend them to anybody much better than cable and many times better than DSL

Great company and service just wished I didn't have to call a automated number in order to pay makes it hard to decide on who to go with at our new house cause I'd much rather call and make a payment over the phone to a real person instead of getting upset and frustrated due to the system clitching every time I made a payment couldnt pay online wouldn't process my payment and in store payments in great except I work Monday through Friday 8-5 and there open while I'm working and closed when im off great service just wished they considered all customers

Gentleman who set us up with internet was a great guy. Explained how to do different tasks with our new internet . Office staff went out of its way to get me a early set up time.

I have had Allo for years and am impressed! I never need to call. I work from home and the reliability is important to me. I have never had internet service this consistent!

Even a snowstorm didn’t prevent Allo from fixing a problem which required a service person coming to the house to restore service. Because of the storm, I didn’t expect such prompt service.

I have used ALLO for both personal and business, and I cannot say enough good things! I haven’t lost connection during storms, high usage times (think Covid) and have always received great customer service from my local office as well as Lincoln. As long as I live in Nebraska, I will be an ALLO customer.

I like how fast the internet is. With all my (7) kid's myself and my husband using multiple items at once we never have any problems. And what I like the most is that my bill is always one flat amount no hidden fees or over charges. Thank you ALLO ??

Very happy with their service. In the almost 5 years of having them, only needed it serviced about 3 4 times. And it wasn't their fault for the wifi not working. But they still fixed the issue and dint believe i even got a service fee.
