I have no idea how this store has positive reviews. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! the staff is….Iess than attentive, knowledgeable, personable, professional. I’ve been in a few times, my experience has been:-gave me wrong info on a phone plan deal that ended up being 3x the stated price-had no one really know to fix my issue(Get a lot of responses starting with “uhhhhhh…..”) ?& the last time my man went in-(today!) there were two associates sitting down, didn’t greet anyone in the store at all- or ask if they could help anyone.It’s kind of funny not funny. Don’t waste your brain cells! ?

I live a long distance from this store, and have been lied to at the store, and hung up on over the phone. I see they’ve deleted all their other negative comments, and believe me, there were a bunch. Stay away! Find another store.

Bob and Jamie both helped my husband and I switch our service over… they made it so fast and easy. We were able to save a ton also thanks to their tips and advice. We are happy to have a phone service with great customer service finally!

Switched plans for work. Extremely helpful, set up shipping info for my parents phones and made sure I had no questions before I left the store. Already better then Verizon!

Pulled up at 10 til 7pm and they are already closed. Just needed to ask a question. If you aren't going to stay open til 7pm like your store hours state then update your hours. Thanks...

Jordon, tried to port my old Straight Talk number even though the manager said it wouldn't work. It didn't and I was back within a week! It cost me another $70 bucks I shouldn't have had to pay! Hands down find another store to deal with they are less than honest!
