Picked my truck up on a Friday. Was there 8am Monday. They were not there and was told over phone that they would be charging me storage Friday, Saturday, SUNDAY, and Monday aswell and that they would have the truck ready to be picked up around 10am. I had to leave and come back later. I guess they paid their bills this month.

Super friendly and did good quick work! Had a big nail in my tire and they responded when insurance reached out. They reached me fast, changed my tire, and I went to their shop where they fixed the hole for me before putting the tire back on. Would definitely recommend!!

On 5/19/2025 I had to call my insurance company for a tow. Bee Line Services answered the call. I am very thankful they did. Not only did they tow my truck but they repaired the issue within the hour. Other places in town told me they couldn't get me in until later in the week. Huge thank you to Bee Line Services I experienced exceptional service from this organization. I recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Paid 300 and some change for these 2 welds with porosity, and wire/splatter everywhere. Never would have found out if I hadn't ever removed my exhaust system. Threw away my titanium exhaust hardware they said was cheap chinese fasteners and reused the old ones and one random one they had to replace.

Been here multiple times, brought my Saturn Vue in this morning for to get checked out, and I refer people here without hesitation, CJ and Kolby dont mess around, they listen, analyze and get right to it, they are super accurate and know what they are doing, and know what they are talking about. These guys were a sweet blessing for us today!
We're traveling from Iowa to Utah and realized a tire was wonky and discovered we needed to replace a stud on it. We called numerous places in Scottsbluff to see if anyone could get it done today...and the good folks at Beeline said "Yup!" Hour and 1/2 later, done deal and truly reasonable cost! We couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend and ... THANK YOU!

Worst place I ever been to. Charged me $65.00 to tell me my front tires were wearing down. I certainly new that myself they wouldn't perform what I asked them to do until I bought new tires from them.

Went in for an alignment. Told me I needed new struts, tires, tie Rods, and lower control arms totalling to 2500$. I said all I needed is an alinment done. They said they wont work on my vehicle unless I buy all these parts. I tell them how much would it be just for Tie Rods and lower control arms and says that'll be 1500$. So i say thats ok i just wanted an alinment done and I'll be by to pick it up. After all is said and done I get a 65$ service charge just to get my car back when they're was no work done on the vehicle at all. Needless to say I wont be coming back to these crooks.

These guys fixed a simple issue for me in less than 30 minutes when no other shop in town would. Very professional as well!Every other shop in Scottsbluff claimed to have zero availability, even after explaining that the issue should take no time at all to fix. I find that hard to believe!Bee Line seems to understand that sometimes emergencies happen and some things need to be fixed right away.
