I have been in the valley all my life and brown's has been the store you go to for that family friendly experience. That one on one help. Avery and her team are amazing they are up front and honest. If its not in store they will look for them online and let you know either right in store or give you a call. I can not recommend browns here in Bluffs enough. When I need shoes that are going to be comfortable while Im chasing, when im going through flooded muddy nasty water after a major storm, some durable lasting footwear my team at wnewx can rely on the amazing folks that are a caring compassionate crew at browns to make sure we are well taken care of. Keep up the good work. Cheers

Could not be more disappointed in Brown's. I buy all of my Birkenstocks and Ugg boots here and have never had an issue. I purchased a pair of Lutry style Birkenstocks that were worn 4 times when the strap broke. I took them in, and they sent them into Birkenstock for a replacement. I did not take the replacements out of the box for a few months because it was summer. When I finally took them out of the box, I wore them for 4 hours, and the strap broke on the new pair. Brown's NOR Birkenstock will do a single thing to replace or refund the $150+ I spent for these shoes to be worn for 4 HOURS! I will never do business here again!!!

I stopped in to get a new pair of Brooks. Avery (the owner!!) helped me find the perfect pair!! She is so knowledgeable about what shoe can help with your foot needs. The selection is so fantastic!! I ended up with a new pair of Birkenstocks and also picked a pair of Oakleys out for my husband as well. Avery has really turned Browns into a huge asset for Scottsbluff! I will definitely be back!!!

Upon arrival at this store I felt like a priority to the entire staff. The customer service I received was the best hands down. I left the store with a bag of shoes and a smile on my face.

I love the customer service you get from this store! If you can’t find the exact style you are looking for, Avery the Manager has helped me by ordering in exactly what I wanted. Love the new selection of shoes being stocked! I will be back.

I knew I was leaving this store with happy feet simply by the way I was greeted when I walked in. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and even though it wasn't the shoe I had in mind, the one I left with was so much better. They must have noticed how I was waking and they measured my feet and put me in the perfect shoes for me. I will most certainly return to this store.

Excellent customer service and the staff are super friendly. This was the only place that could find the boots that I needed and they got them for me and in a timely fashion too. I will definitely be going here again. Strongly recommended place. Thanks Avery you’re the best!!!!!!

This is by far the best shoe store I've been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have a bad knee and the manager, Avery ensured she got me a pair of shoes that looked good but also helped not hurt. I couldn't recommend this store enough!
